This particular Extended Stay is a repeat for me over and over for my business travel especially in times of COVID where I find myself actually working several days from the Hotel. Spacious rooms, solid internet, always clean and the staff are just great to work with. They are very accommodating to my needs, and do their best to find the best rooms available for my stay. Standard budget hotel room, no HAIR DRYER, so bring your own. Full kitchen, but ask at the desk, for a tub of dishes and pots and pans. Location is perfect. Parking if free and you can walk to many food places. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Not what I had expected
Jan 22nd, 2020
Myself and 2 kids stayed here this past weekend. Never having stayed at an extended stay before, the price seemed decent for the weekend...but it was way overpriced for the experience. The continental breakfast was actually called a grab and go...which consisted of small granola bars, pre-packaged muffins, coffee, and instant oatmeal. Not what I have ever seen as a continental breakfast at any other hotel I have stayed at. The beds were terribly hard...not much sleep occurred during our stay...tossing and turning. We asked for extra pillows...we were told they didn't have extras. And I called the front desk the evening before we checked out for a late check out...call went to voice mail times! Never have stayed at a hotel where you couldn't contact anyone at the front desk. When we checked out at 7am...the lights were off at the front counter. This seemed like a security concern to me. No one there to track who was coming at going during the night. Elevator is not locked with access only with a room key...anyone could have entered the building at any time. I also noticed that the floor was filthy in the kitchen area behind the bathroom door. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Unless you like to sleep on concrete and never need anything at all during your stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
It was fine for the money

Stayed here for one night, chose Extended Stay via a promotion direct on their site, making it by far the most affordable decent place in the area. Facility is older and in some ways showing it, but not run down. Within easy walking distance to a strip mall shopping area (to the south) with a couple quick restaurants if you don't want to drive. Free breakfast is basic, but that's the point of this chain. For the money spent, no complaints. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Great Accommodations and Friendly Front Desk Staff

We were in Portland are for a few days and de used to go to our go-to place to stay a couple of nights. We really like this hotel mostly because of the staff. The breakfast is nothing to brag about because it consists of granola bars and muffins but, if you don’t care about that, it’s great! They have full kitchens so if you want a full breakfast, you have the option to cook. There is a table and a desk to sit and work or eat, etc. Clean and conveniently located. Typically we don’t like kitchenettes because they never seem quite clean (drawers etc) but, the cleaning staff does quality work here! Nina usually checks us in but evidently it was her days off. So, Amy did a great job in her place. The staff and seeing familiar faces is the reason we keep coming back! Shows that they are good employees and that they must also appreciated by the hotel management because they’ve been the faces we’ve seen for the past 3 years in our travels back to Oregon. Excellent clean accommodating and friendly Pet friendly for service animals TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
