Hotel needed

Nov 9th, 2020

I was in OKC during an ice storm and 2 of my hotels lost power. The Windham rep was able to find me a room at this hotel and it was fabulous. The employees were kind and helpful- even when my key would not work after trying 5 different ones. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Clean & pleasant stay, breakfast issue

Oct 8th, 2020

Our room was clean, the hotel was quiet, and our overall stay was pleasant. The location was central, near the airport, restaurants, and the areas where we were visiting family. Our main negative aspect was that it was stated breakfast would be provided, including “pastries,” and only granola bars were available. This seemed deceiving. Other places we’ve stayed during the pandemic have offered boxed breakfasts with a variety of options. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Wet and MOLDY!!!!

Jul 29th, 2020

A friend and I were traveling this past week. We drove until we got tired, and seen this hotel. Stopped and checked in after a long day's drive. We walked into the room and the room smelled very wet and musty. But hey, we didn't think much of it as we were very tired. The next morning, we woke up and went to take a shower. and WOW!!! The shower curtain was full of mold. I've never seen anything like it! This would definitely be the culprit of our smell. Really disappointed in our stay! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Lights on...no on home

Jul 19th, 2020

We arrived around 7 pm and had to call a phone number posted on the door to have someone come to the front desk to buzz me and about 3 other folks wanting to register into the building. Several times through the evening I we left to either get something to eat or something out of the car and the desk was always unattended. Around 8am, we went to the lobby to get coffee, only to find the carafe and office empty. We again had to call the phone number and the same young employee from the night before answered, sounding like we woke her up. She came in and took the pot away returning a few mins later with a full carafe. At this time of morning, folks are wanting coffee and to checkout...there should be someone available to take care of that. The rooms were dated, beds overly soft...if not saggy. The furniture was stained and the freezer in the mini fridge was unusable due to the ice buildup. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
