Needs to do Better on the little things !

The room was small and half clean. There was dirt and hair in bathtub, I had to use my own Clorox just to clean it cause there was no response after I checked in. Stayed on the third floor and it had a stale odor when getting off the elevator. By the way, the elevator needs to be replaced. Old and makes a horrible noise when opening and closing. Just needed a place to spend the night before an early flight. Close to airport and not very expensive. It was fine but room is a little tired. Front desk staff could be refreshed on their professionalism. Nothing to me but witnessed phone conversation. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The hotel is clean and the beds are super comfy. Nice stay near the airport. The breakfast is just ok- nothing fancy. The front desk staff seemed eager to help you. Hotel is beer dozens of restaurants. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I can only rate it for the overnight. It is a good hotel. The room was clean, everything worked the way it should. I only had interaction with one employee, the front desk young lady and she was awesome. When I arrived and called for the shuttle it was there within 5 minutes and in 5 minutes I was at the hotel. Very good hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

This was an overnight airport stop, so I wasn't looking for a fancy experience, just a place for the night. Still, it is puzzling to compare this experience with other reviews particularly in light of the "Now open ... elegantly decorated" blurb above. The room was "OK", nothing special, but the elegance was missing as it looked tired and in need of a refresh. I think someone else mentioned the odd smell and it's still there. The room did have a 'fridge and a microwave and that's always appreciated. My high floor request got originally fulfilled to the ground floor but that did get resolved. Unfortunately, for me, the A/C in the room sounded like it was powered by a Pratt & Whitney turbofan engine that someone must have borrowed from a parked aeroplane. It was so dreadfully loud that there was no escape and no way to sleep until it had done its thing until the next time. Strangely, it seems that the elevator didn't get the message about the recent? upgrade as that really was in a sorry state. Breakfast was, uh, ok, but the fruit medley looked like it had been through a war, and lost. A nice touch, though, was some of the individual items were wrapped in cling film which does keep grubby paws at bay. In all, OK-ish-kinda-perhaps for a quick stop, but not what I'd hoped for under the Marriott banner, even at this particular market segment. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
