One night stay as we passed through on a road trip! The room was great! Good size and super clean! Amazing value for the price. The front desk staff was super friendly ( I didnt get his name). If we are ever in the area, I will definitely be staying again! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Why have I been staying next door all these years. I choose Fairfield this time and so very glad I did. From the second I called to add a night to my reservation, Morgan was always there assisting. The rooms were amazing, clean, large and well equipped. Self laundry on site was great. During all this Covid 19 madness, it was so good to have a safe, we’ll managed hotel to stay at. We just stayed for one night, but the room was super clean. We got a double queen room. It was very roomy and the bathroom was huge! The staff was friendly. I personally loved Morgan! He was the best! If we ever go that way again, we will for sure stay here! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I used the BonVoy app to check in the day before and there was an option to select "request services". So I asked for 2 extra foam pillows and 2 extra feather pillows. I have not had a problem before. When I got to the hotel, the guy at the front desk said "oh you are the one who sent messages". I did not know what he meant and he proceeded to complain about how he got "messages" (plural) about wanting pillows but the bed already has 2 of each so I ought to be good. I explained I requested additional pillows. Then he complained that it never said "additional" and I had to remind him that was not my fault and that regardless of how many pillows were standard, I still needed the extra pillows please. So he hemmed and hawed and said he would see if they had any extras and bring some up. I waited in the room for a while and when I heard nothing, I called down and got someone else who said she would send them right up. Shortly thereafter, a housekeeper knocked on the door with 2 pillows (of the 4 requested) but she did not speak English so I just thanked her and figured I was lucky to get 2. Came back from dinner and my key would not open the side door into the hotel. Walked to front and up to my room and my key would not open the door. So had to go back down to the desk (only 1 very slow elevator) and a woman was at the desk. I told her my room number and that my key did not work. She took the key, put it back in the machine and handled it back. She never asked for ID or anything. I was quite surprised since I could have been anyone seeking a key to someone else's room but she was unconcerned. At least that key worked but I made a note of it in my mind that this was not a safe place. Breakfast was very basic but okay. The room was pretty sparse with a bed and a desk chair, no sitting chair. Bed was not overly comfortable but I have slept on worse. Internet was good. Overall I would not stay here again. I am so glad I decided to book a room right next to the airport. I ended up with an 5:30am flight and being close paid off. I made it with minutes to spare. I got up at 3:30 but that wasn't the most fun I have ever had. This hotel delivered on the goods. Great staff, hot tub and a waffle maker too. EPIC!!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
