One night stay passing through Madison. Hotel and room were very clean. All hotel staff and guests were wearing masks. Breakfast was grab and go; all items were individually wrapped and had a decent selection. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We stopped here on a road trip and stayed for one night. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. It is conveniently located off of I90. We had a little trouble checking in due to a computer glitch, but no issues other than that. You dropped your room keys in a small bowl on the counter to be immediately sanitized, and they gave the option for an email bill instead of a paper one. The breakfast was decent amid the Coronavirus. They had pre-made "egg McMuffins" for guests to heat and eat on their own. Toast, bagels, fruit, muffins, juice machine, and yogurt was available, along with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Obviously, not what most hotels usually serve but it was certainly better than I expected. A few of the tables were set up to eat in the common room, but it was encouraged that you took your breakfast back to your room. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I had wrongly booked for a week ahead, so when I showed up for check in they told me they see my name but it’s for the following weekend. It was already late and we came from 3 hours away. Jay understood my error and was able to make adjustments to accommodate my family for the night. Thank you so very much. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We needed a hotel overnight due to a medical appointment so we chose the Fairfield. During the COVID-19 period this hotel has very limited services (as do most hotels). They are short staffed, breakfast is limited to virtually nothing, and all common areas are closed. This is all understandable and we'd love to visit this hotel again when the crisis is over and see them really shine. The rooms were immaculate. We paid the few dollars extra and upgraded to king suites. These rooms were still pretty small and very basic. It can feel cramped moving around the room due to tight hallways and the narrowness of the room in general. But they were still comfortable. The hotel is close to the highway but it was quiet in the room. Service at the front desk was extremely friendly. Considering they are operating with minimal staff you still felt welcomed and that they would try to take care of you. There were very few guests and I hope this hotel will be a lot busier when the crisis is over. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Good value, friendly staff

Spent one night here in late January. The room was comfortable and clean. Was on the even side of the building which faces the freeway so there was some traffic noise but nothing bothersome. The bed was a bit squeaky, but I'm a big guy so that was probably more me than anything else. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
