Rashes was at my terminal in 5 minutes. He was chatting and helpful on the ride to the hotel. Very pleasant and happy. Trayvon at the front desk was engaging and professional. Rooms clean and quiet. Great breakfast buffet TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Worst hotel and stay
Nov 19th, 2019
This is my feedback on my stay at Four Points. Outside of them giving such a hard time arriving and I was using points that were gifted to me. it took over an hour for me to check-in . My room was not up to par at all. The sheets on the bed I started to sleep in once I finally got settled in had a hole in them(I have a Picture). I then looked to go take a shower and noticed the base of the showerhead coming out of the wall, and one of the rags were stained. Once I showered, I called down to the front desk several times and no one picked up the phone for my 1st-night over. Finally, I got so tired that I just went to bed only to be awakened by the loud noise of the HEAT turning on and off. I tried to look for another hotel but they were sold out. I was using Marriott points and I still got charged plus an additional $50.00. Every chance had, I went to leave out from the hotel, I stopped at the front desk, it was too crowded and I would have been late for my work events over the weekend. Parking: on the hotel website it stated parking was $12.00 daily. There was a sign that read when you enter and leave that the price of 14.50 would be charged PER DAY. However, they don't tell you that this is actually charged EVERY SINGLE TIME you leave out even within the same day. I definitely didn't mind paying for parking but the sign is very much so misleading. Lastly, Monday morning around 8:30-9am, there was a loud knock that wouldn't stop. I finally yelled yes, can I help you? The woman then asked what time was I checking out? I asked if check out was at noon or did something change, she then said no worries, have a nice day and walked off. In my mind and as long as I have been traveling, I have never had someone ask when I was actually leaving their establishment. I immediately began to gather my things and it took me a while but I left as soon as I could this morning. i do not recommend this hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Common courtesy is really needed

The hotel is clean, well located somehow expensive these days. What is very frustrating for any guest/customer is being treated badly just for the sake of it. Evening check-in Friday 10/18 was really a bad experience. If our Bonvoy app is supposed to accelerate the process and make it easier for your “members”, than avoid your customers having to deal with a nasty person who doesn’t greet back, does not make eye contact and does not interact in a decent manner. There’s a brand to protect and while nothing is perfect, this is very amendable and easy to fix. That might also apply to your late night front desk who at least responds when spoken to. If your pool is under construction, at least point it out on your website to avoid misleading potential guests when making decisions on where to stay, as you advertise an indoor pool. I’m still staying until tomorrow room 129 to make sure this review is real and I hope there’s no retaliation while still staying here. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Worst 5 days of our trip spent staying at this hotel. Woke up every morning stiff and having cold like symptoms and in need of pain killers and allergy medicine. Not worthy of a $250 a night price tag. Beds are VERY uncomfortable (hard and squeaky. I doubt they are queen beds.) and the rooms stink of mildew from the AC units. The fridge wasn't clean (pictures attached), so the only thing I felt comfortable about keeping in it was our soft drinks. Stains on the sheers and bed frame covering.. (God only knows what that is.. I'm not guessing lol) (yes, they offered to let us move, but there was no difference between the one we were in and the ones that were offered. They all had that poor air quality) TBH I'm surprised that Marriott has allowed this hotel to remain as a Fairfield. Do they even do spot checks?? They should IMO. For this being the lower value of their hotel chains, this particular hotel was more like a Family Inn or American Best Value. To make matters worse, they are currently being renovated (front only) so they had the pool area closed. Overall... Find another place to stay. If not.. Don't say you weren't warned. **Staff was friendly.. Front desk was very professional. Breakfast food was okay. The owner just seriously needs to update this ENTIRE hotel, including the beds. Stop buying the cheapest bed available or lower your price. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Perfect one night stay. We arrived early in the morning and were allowed to have breakfast whilst we waited for our room to be ready. It was ready by 9:30am. The staff were very very helpful and kind. Thank you. The room was clean and perfectly adequate for our needs. The beds were very comfortable and the aircon was quiet enough. The fridge was a little noisy but they all are. The breakfast was perfect for our needs. We walked 2 mins down the road to the nearby station of Eastwick which was great to easily get into the city. The pool was under refurb when we stayed unfortunately. The shuttle took all four of us and our 8 suitcases to the airport promptly and safely. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
