Catering Services Exceptional

We hosted an event in the Venetian and Oval for our reception, then our dinner and awards ceremony was in the Grand Ballroom. Ashley K from Catering Services couldn't have been more fun and professional to work with. She anticipated our needs and was over-the-top in her excellent execution. Wonderful Stay at Fairmont Copley Plaza

The Gold Floor staff of Ajla, Rudy, Gilbert & Jay were very welcoming upon our arrival and made our stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend the Fairmont Copley, especially the gold Floor staff. (I'm looking forward to my next Boston Copley Plaza visit. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Unfriendly old hotel in a nice city

I went my first time to Boston and wanted to stay in a nice upscale hotel. I got very much disappointed., The receptionist was super unfriendly. I needed to wait too long to get served after 9 hours flight. The room was dark very old fashioned and dusty. Bathroom same. I asked for later checkout 1pm instead 12pm but not possible. Again check out service was slow, unfriendly and impolite. I deeply regret to have spent a fortune for no value for money. Apologize for that. Peter S. Philipp TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Disappointed

I have previously stayed at Fairmont’s on the west coast. To my surprise the stay at Copley did not live up to the standards of a Fairmont stay & experience. Our room was inadequate & staff was not as professional and or accommodating as the other Fairmont’s TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Rainy Day in Boston

The only downside we found was no shuttle service to or from the airport. Most larger cities and their hotels provide some type of transportation from or to the airport. The hotel was lovely, everyone was courteous and helpful. I was here on business and my company was picking up the cost, I would not have picked this hotel for a family get away, too pricy TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
