So I get charged for smoking in a room cause my boyfriend walked in the FOUR POINTS SHERATON with a blunt in his ear THEN it drops out when he took his clothes off so it drops out his ear and he thought he lost it. He looks all around the hotel but couldn’t find it. Next day before he leaves roll him one to take with him... mind you the one he walked with is lost.. I check out and get charged with a smoking fee cause the housekeeping finds it. I get the pictures 😂🤣 they show a blunt that has been stepped on obviously and the guts from the cigar INSIDE of the trash. They dug in the trash guys!!! You don’t smell smoke in the room though you just find a stepped on blunt that I told you was lost and cigar guts. That don’t mean anything!! Just assumption but no evidence. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Stayed here during Coronavirus pandemic. Glad they’re still open because the occupancy rate was only 3 cars in the parking lot the entire week. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There are a few places too eat that at within walking distance. Problem is they are fast food. There are sidewalks to use on the main road. WiFi signal is strong. Fitness center is still open which was helpful. Room as spacious, modern, and clean. Highly recommend this property. Would stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Perfectly fine stay close to the CMH Airport
Jan 15th, 2020
I recently stayed one night at the Four Points Columbus Airport because I had a very early flight the next morning. There are a ton of hotel options near the airport and as a Marriott Titanium Elite, I had my pick of four or five different properties. I decided to give the Four Points a try because the rate was good and Springhill near the airport looked a little run down. Overall I found this hotel perfectly fine for a short stay. I arrived early evening and was greeted by a friendly host who quickly had my keys made. She recognized my status and offered either breakfast OR points. I took the points since I had an early flight, and I was soon off to my room on the 4th floor. The lobby is nice and cozy and clean. There is a small restaurant/bar off the lobby but I didn't see anyone in there all night, so I can't say what kind of food options they have. My king bed room was large and clean and comfortable. The heat was an older school heater, but it worked fine. I did find the room had a small musty odor, but it wasn't too bad. The sheets were clean and the bed comfortable. The blanket was actually super warm and I even had to shed some layers in the middle of the night. The TV was old with basic channels, but the wifi worked great and was fast, so I just watched Netflix on my tablet in the room. In the morning the bathroom was clean and the shower hot and powerful. Honestly, this stay had everything I needed for a quick night sleep and I would absolutely stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Having flown in from England for 20 years I’ve used this hotel on arrival before travelling to family. I’ve always been delighted with the service. I booked a month ago, explaining I’d need shuttle service and a room on the ground floor and access to facilities (restaurant). After 12+ hours travelling from UK I collected my luggage and phoned to request the shuttle service only to be told it was unavailable and when I questioned was told I couldn’t have food/drink as the bar/restaurant was closed. I paid $20 for a taxi and then walked - a woman alone - over a quarter of a mile to a petrol station and bought a sandwich. An absolute disgrace. When I stated this the person on the desk showed me a sign saying no service on Christmas Day. I’d put in special requests and travelled from England. My room is clean but one of the bed lights isn’t working so I’ve unscrewed it and am waiting for the other to cool so I can swap. The toilet paper on both rolls is nearly gone. I feel very robbed of a special time-travelling so far to somewhere I believed would be as good as previously-I am disappointed. I stipulated my request and explained I’d be arriving from England during the evening. Four Points failed to acknowledge that and didn’t say there’d be no shuttle or food. What reputable place opens Christmas Day and fails to offer a service? TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Nice hotel but had some issues!

The hotel was nice overall and clean. They had a restaurant and full service bar which was nice. When we arrived there was only one person in front of us and we waited a half hour to check in. We found out the reason why was because their credit card machine wasn't working for some reason. Not the employees fault but definitely an issue. Our room was clean but had some issues. The shower has a glass door with only a handle on the outside. It was installed crooked so you could only pull it in towards the shower to open it which is a problem when you are in the shower because there isn't a handle. The AC did not work well at all. We tried to turn the fan on to be constant but that feature didn't work. We also turned it down as low as it would go which was around 60 degrees and it was hot in our room all night. We were on the first floor and since heat rises i am not sure why this happened other than the AC didn't work well. We knew people staying in another room and they had the exact same problem. This made for a very uncomfortable and sleepless night. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
