Great Hotel with great staff

My granddaughter and I stayed at the Four Points in Seattle from 30th November to 2nd December. as part of a 6 week tour of the USofA and Canada. We had a great time here, the staff were absolutely gorgeous and so helpful when we needed a box to send stuff home due to over shopping. The hotel was very comfortable and close to all we wanted to do. I would definitely come back and stay with you guys and hopefully for longer as there was so much ore we didn't get to do. Thank you for taking care of us. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Thanksgiving fire alarm

Staff, room, location were all excellent. Only downside was an early morning fire alarm that brought all residents to the lobby before 6:00 am. Staff seem to handle the stress of fire department, and questions of hotel occupants with calming demeanor. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

It was a nice clean hotel. One morning the fire alarm went off. It was a false alarm. Then another night there was a loud family moving in across the hall. Neither of which I blame the hotel for. It was an excellent stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Untrained staff and poor customer service

The WiFi and cable went out for a long period of time from night through the morning. When I called the front desk at 10pm there was no answer after ten rings. I hung up and tried one more time. Same thing. In the morning the front desk staff did not know about the problem and therefore had no idea of when a solution would be in place. Later that week there was a fire alarm at about 6am. These things happen but what l learned was this has been a recurring theme which to me indicates a lack of diligence. I failed to receive my make a green choice credits twice! Again I had to go to the front desk to claim them and was made to feel as if I was scamming the system! “Are you sure you didn’t receive it?” The second time I was told “we’ve been understaffed lately”. I generally do not give bad trip advisor reviews but this time I feel compelled because I gave direct feedback to the hotel via their survey and have received no response. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great value

Walking distance to Space Needle and many fine restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff at check in/out. The above and the dependable transportation to Airport and/or car rental made this hotel an easy choice to recommend. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
