Charged for the two nights I wanted but received a checkout notice after the first day. Come to find out the room that I paid for for two nights, was booked by another couple and now we have to pack our bag to move to a different room. Upon switching rooms, we went from a king size to two queen size beds. I just me and my wife. So we booked a different hotel somewhere else. Use your hard working money somewhere else and not here. Terrible customer service and dirty stinky hotel STAY AWAY

Terrible experience overall the front desk woman was extremely rude seems like everyone in the staff require customer services training they are all extremely rude . Hotel is in terrible shape listen to all the reviews DO NOT STAY HERE THIS IS ONE OUTDATED HOTEL COMING APART AND IS DIRTY AND FILTHY TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Double charged for dirty room and poor service

They put us in a dirty room at first! Then the A/C didn’t work in the second one but was tired of complaining. We booked for 2 nights they charged us for 1. Gave us a final bill receipt and a whole month later charged my bank again!!! And when I called I never got a response so I DROVE TO THE HOTEL and was told I have to pay for their mistake!!! Nothing could be done!!! The General Manager was rude and had NO Customer service skills at all!!! Below are a pictures I have from the first room (with COVID -19 in the air)!!! But to this hotel, that’s OK to put us down n dirty rooms!!! The first one is an unmade bed, open soap, and dirty towels!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Close to beach, and ok.

The hotel is fantastically close to the beach. It also has a nice pool. Otherwise it has seen a lot of wear. The front desk clerk wasn’t wearing a mask a couple times we were passing though the lobby so we did not stop to ask our question. They don’t clean the rooms while you are there, which is preferred during a pandemic. There is no social distancing at the counter. And you can get quite close to the clerk. The bar was open with no masks in sight on customers or bartender. I’ve stayed at other Marriott properties during the pandemic that had tables in front of the front desk to enforce distancing, plastic shields, etc. breakfast in individual bags, etc. None of the pandemic responses here measured up to what I have experienced at other Marriott properties. I booked a room for one night at this hotel and was very disappointed. First of all, while standing in line waiting to be checked in, I overheard multiple people complaining about the availability of rooms and the manager kept apologizing asking everyone to bare with them as they were overbooked and the check-in process was moving slowly. The young lady who checked me in appeared to be frustrated and was not to friendly. She assigned me to a room and when my family and I got to the room, I put the key in, unlocked the door and there was another family in this room. This was an awful situation! Imagine someone walking into your home. I called down to the front desk and the manager told me to come down and she would give me another room. I went down to get a new room and was given a new room. This room was not occupied. Besides that, the other issue was that we had no hot water. This was not a good experience at all!
