Great stay again!

Mar 15th, 2020

When we have an early flight, we will stay the night to make our travel easier. We always find the rooms clean and comfortable. There is a restaurant and bar next to the front counter and the food has always been very good. Dorthy at the bar is awesome and friendly. We will stay there again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Convenient

Mar 8th, 2020

This hotel is directly connected to the airport. The staff was friendly. The free upgrade was much appreciated and provided spectacular accommodations. Breakfast was an added bonus. From the room through security and to the gate was less than 15 minutes. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great Location in the Airport Terminal

Feb 14th, 2020

If you are flying into Huntsville, you can't beat this location inside the airport terminal. There is free hotel parking right beside the paid airport parking and it is a short walk into the airport/hotel from the parking area. My check-in was easy and the staff member was polite and helpful. I believe her last name was Wright. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The airliners would taxi to the terminal right below my room, but I could barely hear them. This was a nice stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Dark and dingy

Feb 2nd, 2020

My colleague & I stayed here this past week and we both agreed we would never come back. Firstly, the hotel is actually inside the airport. It is very challenging to find when you are coming from the town. The signage is limited. The parking for the hotel looks like an abandoned construction parking lot. You would NEVER find it in the dark. My colleague and I both ended up circling the airport 2x's (we were in different cars driving at different times) before we figured out where to go. Secondly, the rooms are tiny, not well cleaned (I found dust all over my room), very musty smelling and dingy looking. The bathroom is honestly one of the smallest I have ever seen. I am 5'1" & average weight. If anyone of much bigger size were to try and use this bathroom it would be very challenging. You can barely open the door all the way without hitting the toilet. Thirdly, the "restaurant" is also very dark, dingy looking and has an extremely limited menu. The food was ok. Lastly, the check in staff has serious attitude and were less than friendly. The only positive person I encountered was upon checking out, Sandy, was very friendly and helpful with suggestions of places close to the airport to get breakfast. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nasty and needs an upgrade

Dec 20th, 2019

Rooms are filthy and not cleaned throughly for the amount of traffic they receive since they are inside the airport. Towels ALWAYS have long black strains of hair on them. Someone in housekeeping is losing or shedding hair daily and toilet seats from time to time have dried urine on them. GROSS TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
