Nice place close to Airport
Mar 16th, 2020
The Four seasons is a nice place to stay at when you want to be close to the airport. The rooms we comfortable and the morning breakfast was good along with good service from staff that are very friendly. They also have a shuttle that will take you to and from the airport which is always nice. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Fast Stay near the Airport
Jan 25th, 2020
We were there for one night, as we flew out the next afternoon. This hotel is convenient to the airport, less then a mile, I believe. We didn't have reservations, but there was room for us:). When we checked in we were told the hotel had a full restaurant and bar, and breakfast. That seemed ideal as we were tired and it was getting cold and windy out and not really wanting to get back in the car and drive to somewhere to eat. We settled down in our room, which was fine and clean. However when we went and sat at the bar we were told that there was no one to cook a meal. But after a while the 'bar tender' made us some fried green beans and offered to make us burgers and fries. We took her up on the deal. A few men asked about food, clearly had been working all day and were tired. The bar tender told them there was no cook and they ended up eating a 'cup of noodles' for supper purchased at the hotel. A lady asked to see a menu and she was told there was no cook. So I don't know what all that was about. We were satisfied with our meal. In the morning we went to eat breakfast, the typical hotel buffet was set up and the sign said omelets could be ordered at 'no extra charge,' $10.00. When I asked what all that meant, I was told in the dining room that the buffet was included with your stay if you were some sort of 'member.' OK, fine. I ordered the omelet for $10.00 and it was good. I'm not sure where the miscommunication was between the people that check you in and the 20 steps to the dining room but...oh well. Next time I stay anywhere I'll be sure to ask for details? TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Marriott should be embarrassed!
Nov 8th, 2019
I stayed here on 11/6/19. Room #417. Black mold around tub, missing wall tile, water stains and flaking ceiling paint in main area, wall electrical receptacle pulling away from wall. That’s only what I had time to take photos of. Yes I have photos to share. In the past three days I sent two emails to Marriott Bonvoy customer service without a reply. I am a loyal Marriott Titanium Lifetime member. I love Marriott’s and feel obligated to let them know both good and not so good. This hotel is not Marriott Standard. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Not Your Typical Marriott Property
Oct 23rd, 2019
Only spent one night here but as a frequent traveler I've stayed at many Marriott properties. This one needs a little help. The fridge in my room didn't work and had quite the odor to it and the head board was loose so every time you leaned on it there was banging. Not accustomed to paying $10 for a breakfast buffet that is complimentary at other hotels. It is conveniently located and there are many other food options just a short distance away. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Decent Hotel for Stay
Oct 21st, 2019
Four Points is still slowly working its way up to full Marriott standards. Place was decent but wasn't clear (with my reservation) that breakfast was not included. Comfortable bed and nice room. Staff was very nice including Dionte shuttle driver/front desk clerk/breakfast guy. Hotel restaurant and bar hours were a bit unclear. But decent dining options nearby. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
