Will never return again.

Room was broken into and left propped open all day. No response from Management although we spoke to three different people. Morning check-in staff were rude. Beware rooms on ground floor for safety reasons, especially 117 with slider door opening to dark parking lot. Hotel neighbors include a marijuana shop and another boarded-up abandoned building. Doors have too much paint - difficult to open, posing fire hazard in case of emergency. Exposed wiring in the hallways. Best part was quality of food at breakfast. Note: no buffet available, so don't arrive in a hurry. Restaurant service was slow on first day, but take-out available for breakfast. Beware of this property. You get what you pay for. Even though this hotel is convenient to the airport, assess whether risking safety is worth it. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Sheraton in the name doesn't mean it is any good

Bathtub filled halfway up with water when taking a shower. Complained on checkout and was told that the clerk would speak to the manager later in the day to try to get a discount. Well, no discount was given - I bet you are just as shocked as we were...not. Breakfast takes a long time and toast was stone cold. Inside of hotel looks tired. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Room appeared to be clean but that was the last time that happened. We were not offered maid service, even when we asked. Very disappointed with the establishment. We will not visit this place again. We came to this area for a celebration for my husband’s birthday. The main thing we will remember is the poor quality of this hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A Shameful Hotel that is Dirty

Nov 5th, 2019

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and it needs a major renovation. There is dirt and stains throughout this hotel and the rooms are not very clean. The white linens are grey and the room has dust throughout. The housekeeping staff was intrusive and knocked on the door at 8:00 a.m. to clean the room. Who does that on a weekend? The front desk staff were OK and greeted you every time you came into the building but I do not know about security for this hotel. The thing you immediately notice is the stains on the carpeting, the holes in the walls, the lack of deep cleaning in the hotel rooms and also the overall feeling that the quality for this hotel is suffering. The price of the hotel is still overpriced for such a poor product. Our friends who stayed at this hotel for about 5 nights warned us that this hotel was dump and just a place to sleep. We warned them not to eat breakfast at this hotel and after one couple got sick they finally listened to our advice. This is one of those hotels that you stay in when there is absolutely no other option or you want to experience "slumming" for a night or two. Just beacuse a family has a limited budget they should not have to be provided with such a shameful product or experience. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Good for a night or two

Oct 9th, 2019

I came through with a group of 5 for a pit-stop en route to our first destination on a US tour. After a very long, stressful day of preparation, setbacks, and driving from Los Angeles, arriving at the hotel at 1:45am for some sleep was very welcome. I was very happy to see a clean, sharp-looking lobby with some very friendly and helpful faces behind the desk. I’m a little sad they didn’t offer complimentary coffee/breakfast, but they do have a restaurant bar. Once we got up to the room floor, it was a little...confusing? By contrast to the lobby, the 4th floor at least seemed like it was being renovated almost; open wiring along the ceiling, the bathroom area had a sliding barn-style door, kind of sad and sloppy paint-job in the bathroom. But then you’d have some other random nice amenities by contrast- a USB port and outlets in the alarm clock- plenty of outlets all over the room really, nice product in the bath/shower, free Dasani water, WiFi, mounted flat-screen, comfy bed. All in all, it’s a good spot for a quick trip, and I would come back again. It’s especially convenient because it’s right off the freeway and has a number of food spots/shops right across the street. I was just a little put off by these “unfinished” bits, but it didn’t effect the comfort of my stay overall. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
