This hotel shines no matter what.

In spite of the ongoing pandemic, it’s safe to say the Four Seasons Boston hasn’t missed a beat. From the friendly and attentive front desk staff to the room service attendants/valets..everyone seemed genuinely intent on making sure we had a great stay. For starters ..the protocols in place to keep people safe and healthy are outstanding. The room itself (garden view) was both equally spectacular and immaculate. This hotel exudes class and elegance no matter where you are. It also enjoys an incredible location along the public gardens and within walking distance to almost everything. Above all, We felt welcomed and appreciated for being there. We will be back. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The Four Seasons continues to provide Impeccable service. Their attention to cleanliness and Hygiene in these trying times was outstanding. Considering the Restaurant was closed, room service was always on time delivering quality meals. I look forward to returning in normal times. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Excellent Staff and Location!

Mar 7th, 2020

This was my first trip to Boston and my stay at the Four Seasons was fabulous. First of all, the location is amazing and is right across the street from the beautiful Boston Public Gardens. I had a room that had a direct view and being able to sit at the desk and view the grounds as I worked was very relaxing. There is a ton of shopping and restaurants at every price point that is within walking distance. Secondly, the service here was unmatched. Special kudos to the following staff members: • Michael from the front desk who checked me in. When he found out this was my first time in Boston, he took extra time going over a map with me and showing me what areas I should visit in my free time. • Joe from the concierge desk who was kind enough to offer suggestions for every restaurant we had already booked • Gilbert the doorman, who was a pleasure to talk to while we waited for our ubers each day • I am so sorry but I do not remember how to pronounce his name (I believe it began with a T) but he dropped us off with the house car and helped us with our boxes. He also gave us suggestions on Mikes vs Modern for cannolis! This hotel is a very special place that I will hope to stay in for future visits! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice hotel a bit outside the central business district

Feb 29th, 2020

I found this to be a very nice hotel while I was in Boston on business. Good sized room, very nice bed, good room service, all the typical hallmarks of a Four Seasons. Being in Back Bay, it's not quite in the central business district, but it's still close enough that you're not wasting a bunch of time in a car getting to and from meetings. Would happily stay again, although on subsequent trips to Boston I've looked in to it and the price has been so high that it hasn't been worth it. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
