Not your average Four Seasons

Mar 30th, 2020

The Four Seasons are as good as ever, and they never failed to amaze me. The price in this city can be described as excellent value, classic and beautiful architecture, master-level design, each piece of furniture reflects low-key luxury and aesthetic standards. The location is convenient, it’s on the Reforma Avenue, the hotel is less than 1 km from the Museum of Anthropology and the Angel Independence Column. Love to come back one day! Terrible Service

Mar 18th, 2020

You had to request everything twice. At 2nd call, staff actually said 1) they did not received email 2) humidifier already sent to room Concierge House Keeping both failed I have never experienced this kind of service worldwide in any hotels. It’s shockingly disappointing. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Best hotel service in Mexico City!

The Four Seasons never disappoints! Another great stay! Great service as always... we sneaked in the Intercontinental hotel Polanco for some real French cuisine at au Pied de Cochon! We will return as always, TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A place to unwind in the middle of CDMX

Mar 11th, 2020

We stayed here last year and liked it so much we returned again this year. What we love: great location on Paseo de la Reforma, close to Chapultepec Park and the lovely Condesa and Roma neighborhoods; beautiful, enormous interior courtyard which all rooms face and which is a great place to relax and unwind; excellent bar; great service and concierge; large comfortable rooms. If you book in advance rates can be quite reasonable. We love Mexico City and Four Seasons feels like home there to us. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Four Seasons - Excellent Hotel, Very Friendly and Helpful Team

Mar 10th, 2020

The Four Seasons Mexico City is an Ohexcellent hotel, with a great location on the Reforma Boulevard and a stone-throw away from the park. Our experience with them was seamless from the moment we were met at the airport by the hotel’s arranged car to the moment they dropped us off. The hotel’s team are very friendly. They will greet you upon arrival and often ask if want some extra bottles of water when leaving the hotel (which is a crucial thing as Mexico City’s climate is very dry [humidity levels are around the 20% mark]). The Concierge team are also super. Always friendly and helpful. We booked a trip to Teotihuacan through them and we’re extremely happy with our guide and overall experience. Our room was modern and spacious. The only problem was that the people walking and taking in the hallways were audible in the room so the hotel might want to think about soundproofing the doors. Breakfast was a very pleasant affair. We had the full Mexican buffet which offers lots and lots to choose from, including a live eggs, pancakes and waffles cooking stations. Quality was excellent and service friendly. For those having an early rise (before 6:30am) free apples, Palmiers, coffee and tea are offered at the ‘coffee shop’. The only point of critic that we have is the pool are, which needs a facelift, as it seems that some of the tiles of the pool are coming loose. Overall, we would highly recommend the Four Seasons for anyone visiting Mexico City. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
