Perfect in every way

Hubby and I stayed for our 15th wedding anniversary. Beautiful room, complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us. The most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. Stunning view of the harbour and perfect location for restaurants and bars. We will definitely be back! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Loved it

Nov 22nd, 2020

From the moment we walked in we loved it. The staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The rooms are up to date, clean and very comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cosy cloud. We can’t wait to go back. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

One let down followed with another disappointment, you would be amazed by this *5 star* hotel!

We booked a Premier Opera room for staycation on my birthday! Amazing views from the windows on Level 27, I only wished the hotel windows can be regularly cleaned, you see streaks and streaks of rain marks on the outside of the windows. Room is generous with a comfortable 2 seater sofa and another sofa bed for the harbour views to the west, so you can to see both of the Opera and Bridge view in one windows, another window for the harbour and Barangaroo view in the west. Bed is comfortable to sleep, then I only realised that my booking request of having foam pillows weren’t fulfilled and were not in the room; I then ordered pillows on the ipad and was waiting for the delivery of the pillows in the corridor outside guest room, coz i didn’t want the ring on the door bell to disturb my partners’ sleep. It was 330am. Waited 20 minutes, no one came with the pillows and luckily, one hotel staff was patrolling the floor and I asked him what I need a foam sleep to sleep, he ran off and got the pillows in no time, this excellent service!!! The other drawbacks that I have noticed in this hotel is that the shower cubicle is too small, it’s less than 1 sqm, not sure those sized up people can take a proper shower in the cubicle, am just stating the fact here, people could have problems getting in and out and move inside the shower cubicle, also, the water pressure is pathetic, not your typical 5 star hotel (Four Season is actually a luxury hotel, sits above 5 stars) . Another note, cleanness of the guest rooms to my surprise, I found a piece of long hair in one of the cleaned hand towels, called housekeeping right away to get a set of clean hand towels replaced, no problem! Overall, we chose this hotel for its spectacular opera house and bridge views, and I think the stunning views can offset any shortfall this hotel may present. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Perfect location with sensational views

It’s within an easy walk of circular key, the harbour bridge, eateries and shopping. The views are spectacular from the full harbour view rooms. Service was outstanding and breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended and will stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
