excellent service for wedding reception

Sep 20th, 2020

As the parents of the groom for a wedding reception on Aug 15, 2020, we were extremely impressed with the attention and care given to our family and guests. From the doormen, valets, front desk staff, cleaning staff, and wedding coordinator, all of our interactions from day 1 (we arrived 3 days before the wedding) were excellent (friendly, helpful, professional). Then on the day of the wedding, as we arrived back at the Four Seasons around 5pm after the wedding ceremony off site, we saw the smoke billowing out of the hotel and were not able to enter the hotel. The Four Seasons staff, during this chaos, continued to show true professionalism. Within just a couple hours of this fire, the head chef, wedding coordinator and entire banquet staff were able to secure, clean, and set up our wedding reception (along with a 2nd wedding reception) at a new hotel so that our family and friends could still celebrate our son's wedding. Their efforts were above and beyond. The reception was amazing. We especially thank the wedding coordinator Sarah Pumar and head chef , and also TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Over priced holiday inn

Worst four seasons hotel I stayed in. I reserved a suite for $1000 a day. At night heating didn’t work. Suite was cold. When I called ... tge mechanic didn’t show up for half hour. It took him half hour to figure out the heating issue. Next day I was sick. When I checked out in the morning , there was no porter to get tge bags. I had to lug my bags. In tge front tgere was no door man to get taxi Horrible place to stay and pay exorbitant price. In tge name of four seasons TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I think is one of the best hotels I ever stay. It is very classy, elegant and the best service in all DC's hotels. The food is excellent, with very good restaurants and wine bar. They key here it is the recognition. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Above and beyond, even for a Four Seasons

Jun 8th, 2020

Arrived early evening a couple weeks ago, with the hotel still operating under Covid-19 restrictions. The kitchen was just closing, so it looked like food was going to be an issue, but the front desk got to the chef and they brought me an absolutely incredible salad (which is what I had asked for). They could have just shrugged and said the kitchen is closing and gone on about their business. Instead, they took care of the problem. Rooms, of course, are Four Seasons quality, but it's really the service and attention we pay for. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Still the best even during stay-at-home

Jun 6th, 2020

I think I will forever love this hotel! Have been here every so often since 1990 and it’s still great. Location is always good and rooms/beds are excellent, but the staff were most impressive and the management is definitely minding the guests’ safety during COVID. Hand sanitizer is keys spots throughout the hotel, proper safety measures are in place, the place is spotless and it still remains a luxurious stay. Room service breakfast was such a nice treat and the food was not only better than expected but also served in a timely fashion. Can’t wait to return when I can enjoy the pool, spa, restaurant and bar too! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
