Excellent location, wonderful staff

Dec 5th, 2019

We spent one week here for Thanksgiving and absolutely loved it! In the heart of Georgetown, yet easily accessible to all Washington DC has to offer. A short ride to all the history and sights of our nation's capitol. There are more good restaurants and sights to be seen than can be done in one week. Wonderful stay. We will be back. Thanks! Luxurious and super relaxing

Nov 22nd, 2019

For my husband's birthday we had a staycation here (we live 5 miles away). Check-in was a breeze, the room was AMAZING and everyone couldn't have been more helpful. The workout area was super clean (and super non-busy), cool and fresh juices ready to go, took a dip in the pool and RELAXED! There was no one there on Friday evening. After the pool we both went to the separate changing areas and enjoyed the eucalyptus steam rooms. By the time we got out and took showers in our room we were ready for a cocktail and dinner. We love Georgetown so stepping out for dinner was easy- Et Voila is a great (Belgian) restaurant on MacArthur Blvd. For a special occasion this was the best hotel we've ever stayed at-- can't wait to do it again next year. Central and Great

Nov 22nd, 2019

I'm not one to typically stay at a hotel such as this, but a company in the area paid for my stay here while I interviewed with them. I had a wonderful single room, and I enjoyed just spending time in the bath or laying in the bed while I was working. The price is a bit much for what I believe I got in terms of value - that being said I am very new to the area and not used to the typical pricing of hotels let alone luxury hotels such as this. I was not here for very long, but the amenities provided to me and the general atmosphere of the hotel made this more than a pleasant experience. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

AMAZING!!!

Nov 5th, 2019

As soon as we entered the driveway service was impeccable. A very wonderful gentleman opened our door, unfortunately I forget his name but he remembered us everytime we left the hotel to go for a walk or for dinner and greeted us with such kindness. When booking or using the chat on the four seasons app, the response only took a few min and was super helpful. The bartenders at bourbon were also amazing, Keith and Samuel we loved our cocktails and treats! To the breakfast crew, the service was super great. Special thanks to Maricris and Ram for the great service! Thank you four seasons DC for a quick and relaxing getaway. It’s just what we needed. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Quick Business Trip Made Even Better by Four Seasons

Oct 23rd, 2019

Stayed with FS in D.C. for couple days of business. Every staff member from doorman to restaurant hostess greeted me by name, regardless of how busy the hotel was (and it was quite busy). I drink a brand of beer that not every hotel stocks—Asahi. The Four Seasons knew this from prior stay and even a stay at a sister FS. To my great surprise, I found a couple of bottles in my room and the hotel bar had it on hand for me as well. At the end of a long day I stopped by the bar for a drink and was greeted by the bar manager with an Asahi beer. Hotel saw after my transportation needs as well during my visit. Of course the rooms and amenities are up to scratch—it’s the FS people who make the difference. My only gripe is they do not have many rooms so I’m not always able to get a reservation. This is my top hotel choice in the District. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
