Four Seasons Maui

Amazing service and beautiful resort. The spa service was exactly what I expected. The service at Duo was slow and the breakfast buffet was overpriced. The pool was beautiful and they was they run the system there is great so that people can't hold lounge chairs all day. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Best hotel and service I've ever had

Jun 21st, 2019

The Four Seasons Wailea was an incredible honeymoon destination. Our room was large, clean, and had an iPad that even had our names on it. The pool service had multiple amenities a day - banana bread, popsicles, cucumbers and cold towels, etc. The food was great, and the staff always had a smile. Their service and facilities are top notch, and we will definitely be returning! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

One of my all time favorite resorts! The service, quality of food, and staff make this hotel one of my two top places to travel/stay. I go as often as I am able. If you would like a luxury hotel which will treat you like royalty, this is the place for you! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

If you truly want the best......

My Family and I (18 in all) just had the very best family vacation we’ve ever had!! 8 adults, 10 children (ages 4-15) . This is an incredible property, with a staff to match and provides the best value to insure that your special visit to Hawaii is one to remember for a lifetime. For me and my family, it was priceless thanks to the Four Seasons, which delivers all that you expect from the Brand. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Five Stars for the Four Seasons

Jun 18th, 2019

As they say on New York radio, first time long time. Not only our first time to vacation in Maui, but also our first visit at a Four Seasons. Both the location and the venue exceeded expectations. My wife and my four year old son were with me, the latter we were unsure of taking but definitely glad we did. We also probably wouldn’t have made the trip without him. This voyage was originally a business trip for my wife in which we took advantage of the opportunity by doubling our length of stay to give our family a much needed break. Another smart move that turned out to be. We arrived on a Thursday evening with the sun still out, able to see with our own eyes the amazing and breathtaking views this hotel offers. If you love the Ocean, beaches, mountains, lush landscape, meticulous grounds, beautiful sunrises and sunsets and pools that cater to your every need, this is your spot!! The employees and staff of the Four Seasons are on that same level with their service, attention to detail and professionalism. More on a select few of them later. Check-in went as smooth as can be. Kevin at the front desk is a gem, able to answer and assist you with any question. We stayed in the North tower on the 5th floor with a semi view of the Ocean and a view of the gorgeous grounds and gardens the hotel offers. Workers can be seen every am, making these landscapes look perfect. As far as our room, service was excellent and turn down service was perfect timing before a night out. As far as food, we ate our breakfasts at Duo, had dinner once at Ferraro’s along with lunches there like their amazing brick oven pizza with fennel and sausage. On our Dinner there we coupled an amazing seafood dish with a breathtaking sunset. Never made it to Spago and we did room service numerous times for breakfast and dinner as having a 4 year old can dictate. Our daily routine was to get our poolside cabana at 7am around the kids pool. You can show up later and still reserve one for the day but I’m an early riser. Straight to breakfast at Duos, my wife adored their muffins and papaya with the toasted coconut. I did the pancakes with macadamia nuts and bananas, delicious. Try their coconut syrup. From there we hit the beach for our son to play in the sand before it got too hot and the small waves built up. The mornings at the beach are relaxing, serene and you can even catch sea turtles swimming right by you. After that we hung at the pools where our son and us took dips, went down the slide, made friends, ordered food and drinks etc. Anything you want poolside, this hotel will deliver. They are constantly walking by for your services. Forgot some sunscreen..check. Evian sprays..check. Cucumbers for your eyes.. check. Cold towels..check. Pineapple dipped in coconut tasters..check. Smoothies in small cups..check. Spa treatments..check. You get my point. All the servers were great but Logan and Alyssa really stand out. My son is finally back home and still yelling his name. Alyssa is a busy bee, making the rounds with hourly selections like the ones I previously named. Josh was also phenomenal, he served us as well and was very attentive. The cabanas/umbrellas can provide much needed shade from the hot sun. It’s a great opportunity to mix up the sun and shade. My wife and I each used the spa three times. Love the masseuses and the facility with its cleanliness and a steam room to sweat it out and cool down after a nice massage. Rupa was one of the best masseuses I have ever worked with, made my body feel amazing and ready for all Maui had to offer. The gym, both inside and out is a great start to the day or pit stop in down time. The lobby’s are kept supreme. On nights when we left the pool late and didn’t want to lock in dinner reservations, we chilled at the lobby bar with our little guy passed out next to us in his stroller. Love the Talisman cocktail and they have some great sushi/sashimi. Joel the bartender keeps you smiling and they even have live music while you see and hear the ocean. Small menu but big in taste and presentation. Great spot altogether. Elevators run fast and efficient and the Kids Club starts at 5 years old so my son only went when we had a nanny on two afternoon occasions. He absolutely loved the place and the activities they plan. In ending, since we started off most days at the beach and then went to pool and checked back in at the beach often, we always stopped at the Beachwalk Cafe on the beach. Whether it was a cold brew for my wife in the am or a smoothie for me, Michelle and Jenna were absolute dolls. We always went back in the afternoon for sorbets for us (loved the coconut) and a shaved ice for our son, (which would eventually end up on the sidewalk :). Jenna and Michelle provided excellent service along with alohas and tons of smiles. Jenna even took some family photos of us in front of the cafe. And for a quick lunch holdover they have pretty good salads and wraps to go. All in all, this was our first stay at a Four Seasons and at Maui. It’s safe to say we will back to both, whether in Maui or another location. From the business center assisting us with mailings we needed to get back home, Clifford with our luggage, Monica at breakfasts at Duo, just a superb staff and well run oiled machine. Transfers to Shops at Wailea we’re done within minutes. Okay I’m done with this review but not done with raving about our week and half stay. Thanks Four Seasons again. You made my 4 year old son and us so so happy!!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
