Lovely place, would go again

Aug 12th, 2019

Lots of lovely lavendar everywhere, a decent gym, gorgeous views and excellent service. Free hikes and yoga availalble. The shuttle into Santa Fe worked well for us and the Concierge went out of their way to help us. The only thing I would say is that the room was on the small side if like us you have a child in the room with you. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Beautiful Suroundings

Rancho Encantado is a beautiful, relaxing, well run hotel that fits into it's gorgeous surroundings. Well appointed, cozy rooms, each with a fire place, this is my second stay in 2019 and I shall be back! While it's 10 minutes out side of Santa Fe, the environment is relaxing and the sunsets from the restaurant terrace are stunning. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Rancho Jacona

This is a beautiful serene place. It’s convenient to Santa Fe and the Bandelier mountains. The casitas were modern and spacious. I really enjoyed my stay. This is a ranch and therefore has rabbits chickens and goats, all contained. Also, they have peacocks. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Classic Four Seasons luxury in a serene environment.

Fabulous accommodations, unbelievably wonderful staff, great restaurant and bar. It’s worth having to take the (free) shuttle into town, and it’s not a long trip...maybe 15 minutes. Rey. One to opera house. Nice gift shop. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Beyond Magical!

Aug 1st, 2019

Located several miles north of Santa Fe, the Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is the best hotel we’ve EVER stayed in. The service is unparalleled. The resort is immaculately maintained—and combined with the pristine natural beauty of the surrounding hills and mountains—an oasis of serenity. We stayed in a massive luxuriously appointed casita with a kiva fireplace and private terrace, where we were able to soak up the stunning views—both in the morning and the evening. The bedding was amazing. The room was stocked with everything we needed—super fast wi fi, docking stations, large bar / coffee station, huge bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub and walk-in shower, plush robes (although I wasn’t hugely impressed with the large refillable bottles of shampoo/conditioner/bath gel, rather than individualized bottles). Free guided hikes are offered every morning, led by experienced and very knowledgeable staff. Later in the morning, you can take advantage of a complimentary yoga class. A shuttle bus runs hourly to SF so you can be on the plaza in about 15 minutes to take in all the shops and galleries, and not having to search for parking in SF is a true blessing! While the resort restaurant doesn’t really serve New Mexican cuisine, the food is quite good. The bar serves a wide variety of cocktails, and has sunset views that shouldn’t be missed. The spa is amazing—there are private outdoor soaking pools, which were perfect post-sauna. We took advantage of the O2 therapy, which is administered in a secluded room with a glass door to allow you to take in the lovely garden; after the therapy, we moved to another room to relax and drink tea in front of a fire. The hotel staff is spectacular—warm, attentive, gracious, and highly efficient. They exceeded our every need and offered helpful suggestions at every turn. One of the women from reception actually drove us in the huge Mercedes bus over back roads to a hiking trail! And the day we left, the staff packed a bag with water, granola bars and lavender towels to take on our long drive back east. Overall, our experience was magical -- this resort is top notch, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Can’t wait for an opportunity to return! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
