Every time i visit Mexico City stay here, love the location, friendly and professional staff, clean and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast and walking distance to a lot of places. I strongly recommend it. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Thanks for making my wife's birthday special. The staff was very friendly and attended to my needs. Only issues where ordering room service. My wife asked for sweet bred and got French toast. The AC in the room didn't function correctly. Overall stay was good and I will return next year. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Competent business hotel

The exterior of the Hotel Galeria Plaza was four-square and modern and unexciting. The lobby wasn’t over-large and the reception desk was modest, but the receptionists dealt with us pretty smartly, and in no time we were hauling our own bags up to the fifth floor. Our request, prompted by something we’d read on TripAdvisor about rooms overlooking the street being beset by noise from clubs and bars, didn’t have to be belaboured; we faced the other way. Good large US-style room, a bit anonymous but with two large beds, fridge, safe. The room contained a coffee machine, the kind into which one puts little pods, but either it was useless or I was, for nothing could I get out of it. Judging by the rooms and the lobby, the Galeria Plaza was a businessman’s hotel, modern and bland. We appreciated the space, however, and next day we appreciated the breakfast. A buffet, of course, but the breakfast room was large and light, and not too crowded. I could start to sniff my way around Mexican food. Pozole seemed to be a sort of soup. Only now do I learn that it has a cornmeal base, but the presence of chillies was obvious at the time; not too assertive, fortunately. On my second circuit I plumped for chilaquiles, which looked and tasted like bits of crisp tortilla in a green chilli sauce, mild enough not to cause me any discomfort. There was stuff in bains-marie, but I avoided it. The staff were attentive and the coffee came quickly, but that didn’t do anything for its quality. What caused me most delight, however, came from an unexpected quarter. We had left our hats on our chairs; when we got back to our places after the first visit to the buffet they had been placed on a small hat-stand alongside the table. I could not recall having seen this done before, but in Mexico it was to become a commonplace. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

This hotel is in a very good location to visit the most iconic or frequent places in the city! The hotel has a the roof top pool is just top notch also the whole stuff being very helpful,professionals & friendly helps a lot for you have an awesome time in the hotel.
