Excellent in the face of Covid 19

Though we couldn‘t enjoy a buffet for breakfast, we got all we wanted and had a wonderful and relaxing time during our 4 days trip to Rome. Special thanks to all of the helpful and friendly staff!!! Great experience TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great customer service

Mar 17th, 2020

This hotel was our first stop during our honeymoon in Italy and they were great. They had prosecco and cake waiting for us in our room. The room was small but we learned most hotel rooms were small in Italy pretty much regardless of the price you pay for them. The room came with a very spacious balcony however which was great for breakfast or wine and cheese. The hotel is in a very nice and quiet street with other big hotels and is a short walk away from big attractions like the Trevi Fountain. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Rome. Good location, everything else not so much

Mar 5th, 2020

This hotel was part of a cruise extension package. It was not worth the time or the money (expensive), A whole day was wasted (50% of the stay) with check-in and no rooms availability. The room, when finally ready, did not meet the requirements requested. Another room had to be found and rearranged by maintenance and housekeeping. We waited forever in the restaurant and seating in the lobby is minimal. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and frankly rude to other guests. Breakfast was included (a nice buffet for the first morning), A cold sandwich and an apple were provided in a paper bag the next day for guests making the transfer to the airport. Uggh. That's not what I thought I was paying for. There are other lovely choices on Via Veneto if you plan to stay in this area. It is a convenient location to Borghese Gardens and the American Embassy is across the street, Harry's Bar just a short walk, nice shopping. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Excellent Location

Feb 23rd, 2020

Just returned home from a fantastic mini break in Rome and 3 nights at the GHP. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was kept spotless. Plenty of choice at breakfast, and a great location for all the major attractions. We would definitely return again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Perfect Hotel For Roma!

Feb 22nd, 2020

Fabulous Hotel! From the second we walked in we knew this was a very special place! The room was fantastic and kept spotless! The staff are all extremely professional yet still very friendly! Such a beautiful hotel and in a perfect location for exploring Rome - lovely restaurant in the vicinity as well as next door to The Hard Rock Cafe! Would 100 per cent return and recommend! A special mention to Maria too! So very kind to us and looked after us very well xx TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
