I love Biltmore, but if I had my choice, I think I’d prefer a stay at Graylyn. It’s a mansion with intimately luxurious and cozy private and public rooms.

Repositioning Graylyn to become not just a conference center but also a luxury boutique hotel was not a quick process. It required several changes in 2014 and this year, including the addition of high-end amenities that leisure travelers expect (think room service, dining, bicycles for exploring the property) and two new positions: director of room operations and director of food and beverage.
