Park room

We had the most wonderful afternoon for our afternoon tea. Food was very nice and the view from the park room over looking Hyde park was very peaceful. All staff was very accommodating throughout our whole stay and we returned do the the park room 4 times over two days. The lovely Altey from the park room was so so sweet and made us feel exceptionally welcome! We look forward to returning in the near future and will continue to purchase gift vouchers for friends and family to enjoy our sake experience. TRIPADVISOR.COM USERÂ
Very good place especially for short stay

Only one disadvantage - very small fitness gym and there is no pool and sauna. Except that everything is really very-very good and excellent: - rooms very clean, comfortable and modern - a breakfast is delicious - staff extremely polite and attentive TRIPADVISOR.COM USERÂ

Afternoon Tea for a very special occasion

This was a gift to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and what a treat it was. We were looked after by a lovely gentleman called Santiago who made us so welcome and looked after us superbly but discreetly. The food was excellent and we were able to relax and celebrate whilst being serenaded by a very accomplished pianist playing a grand piano. I can’t think of a better way to spend a winter afternoon in the heart of London. TRIPADVISOR.COM USERÂ

It was a great stay, welcoming is a different level than others. Concierge is amazing, the staff are friendly, the lounge is phenomenal. Everything is well done except the sleep quality! I was on 2nd floor infront elevator which is annoying but overall a great place and definitely I will come again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USERÂ
