Tillman is the best.

Hotel was clean, hot breakfast was good, Tillman and Jessica were great. Tillman went above and beyond for us while we were there for 2+ weeks on business. He was always around, super friendly, remembered our names after just one day. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Last minute and late night

Some relatives were on their way to Florida from Kentucky. Instead of driving all night, they decided to stop along the way. I was going to make a last minute reservation for them, but was confused about whether I should use today's date, or tomorrow's, since they would arrive at 3:00a. Called the property, and Cheryl was a star. She gave me specific instructions on how to make the reservation, and I booked it (since I was using points) without a problem. When I called back to confirm, Cheryl was on top of it. She left a note for the night shift that included our relatives names, and everything went exactly as we had hoped. Not sure what her regular schedule is, but if you are staying at this property and need help with anything, Cheryl is who I would ask for. Definitely a customer service super star and a great representative of Hilton. Cheers !!!!!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

My husband and I were traveling the night of June 19, 2020 and logged onto booking.com to book us a room as it was getting late. We booked a room at the Hampton Inn and it was a pay at the property deal, so we didn’t have to pay right that moment, but our room was reserved. We got to Hampton Inn roughly around 11:30 PM. We went into the front desk area and the woman that was working was worse than rude, but I’m gonna use rude as the best way to describe her for now. She acted like it pained her that we were even walking in. I told her about my reservation and asked her if we could pay with cash, and before I could even finish my sentence, she RUDELY cut me off and said “No. We don’t accept cash!” Very loudly as she closed the drawer beside her that had cash in it. I explained that was fine and I was just asking. She asked us for the reservation name and I gave it to her, very rudely again she informed me that she had no reservations for our name and that they were overbooked. She asked me for a confirmation number and in the midst of me trying to give her my confirmation number, she rudely said that wasn’t a confirmation number she could use. She wasn’t even letting me finish my sentences before she would cut me off and by this time I was getting aggravated with the way she was acting. We were traveling and tired. Then after all this, rudely informed me they had no rooms available. Acted like we were a waste of her time and I have never been treated so rudely by a hotel worker. I’m sure some reading this will think I should be mad at booking.com, but I’m not at all!! Booking.com helped us find our room that we stayed at last night, two doors down at Mariott Residence Inn. Highly recommend Mariott. I would NEVER advise staying at THIS Hampton Inn unless you want to be treated poorly. I would never even consider this hotel if I was in the area again just because of the way we were treated. Highly advise against this hotel. 😡 TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Cheryl is super efficient and helpful!

Just checked in four rooms for one night with Cheryl at the front desk. She is without a doubt the most cheerful, efficient and helpful person I’ve ever experienced during a check in at any hotel. She checked me in for all four of my rooms in under ten minutes! She is a true asset for the Hampton Inn family! Thank you Cheryl! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great stay!

The staff was very friendly & helpful. The room was comfortable & roomy enough for my granddaughter, her dance gear, & 3 adults. The bathroom was very clean. I liked being able to open my room door with my phone! The only issue I saw was how the parking lot was set up. The entrance was a bit congested, & there weren't too many handicap spaces. Other than that, I think the hotel was great. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
