Pleasant Stay

Feb 18th, 2020

Not fancy, but very agreeable. Beds were comfortable, staff was accommodating and friendly, housekeeping was attentive and responsive, and there were many choices given on the buffet breakfast. The pool wasn't heated, but the hotel offered passes to LifeTime Fitness which was only a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The gym offered a lovely outdoor pool. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A top hotel with free easy parking and clean rooms and nice breakfast

Feb 18th, 2020

I picked this hotel since it had easy free parking, was close to all highways and close to my personal interests. I was greeted and at all times the staff was very friendly, especially the morning breakfast Lady, Carmalite who made my day great. Thank you. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

REALLY-THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!

Feb 1st, 2020

I received NO Hilton Honors Benefits. Instead, I was treated the worst I have ever been treated by a hotel. The room was the smallest Hampton Inn room I have ever stayed at. We were there for 11 days and there was only one very small space for hanging only 6 garments. The drawers were replaced by very small wire baskets. We had to live out of our suitcases the whole time. The furniture was oversized for the small room and the only luggage holding area was inadequate for our 3 suitcases. A large ottoman was supplied for your luggage, however, it was on wheels and moved around when bumped which caused a choke-point between the entry/bathroom and the bedroom. This became dangerous at night when returning to bed from the bathroom as the ottoman and the small hanging space protruded into the opening. I bumped into it the first night and hurt my toes and face. I had to buy flashlight to see where I was going at night. The bathroom's sink facet leaked all over the counter and onto the floor, when it was turned on. The people at the desk and the handyman promised to stop the leak. They could not. The handyman promised to buy a new facet, he did not. The "new facet" leaked. When confronted with the continuing leak he admitted that he put a used facet in. When I pointed out the leak to the handyman, he said, "it is a large leak". I pointed out that the chrome was worn off of the facet and that was unusual for I new facet. He admitted that it was not a new facet, rather it was a used one that had only been used for 3-4 months at most. I again pointed out the worn chrome on the handle and he then said the handle was from an older facet. The facet continued to leak for the next 7 -8 days, when in use. I had to continually tie towels around the facet to keep it from leaking onto the counter and the floor. I ask to be transferred to another room, the staff promised a room change twice, "to occur the next day" however, on the next day "no rooms were available." Additionally, I believe that shower need several safety bars and possibly a corner ledge. This should help to prevent falls by older people. It's just a free bit of advise and will be cost effective when weighted against customer falls and lawsuits. Finally, I think I should be refunded the room rate charges as I feel my money was stolen from me. I certainly did not receive a safe room, with working plumbing, staff courtesy, care or honesty. Very relaxing visit plus great breakfast

Jan 26th, 2020

We stayed one night for a meeting at the nearby Boca Raton Innovation Center. The place was easy to find with plenty of parking. Clean and quiet. Courteous and quick check-in. Good free WiFi. Scrambled eggs, steak strips, salsa in a tortilla for breakfast. What more can you ask for? TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A five week stay

Jan 24th, 2020

We were displaced from our home as a result of a flood and stayed at the Hampton Inn in Boca Raton for more than five weeks while our home was being repaired. While it was an unsettling experience to have to leave our home for so long, the staff at the Hampton Inn made us feel welcome and cared for and valued guests. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
