In these difficult travel times, I felt very comfortable at this Hampton Inn. They kindly accommodated my request for a low floor, enabling me to minimize the use of the elevator. The breakfast was not the typical "buffet" but was very ample, and the hostess was very attentive. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

COVID CLEAN!

This hotel was very serious about COVID precautions. Everything was sanitized, put in plastic bags, masks were enforced. Breakfast was cafeteria style rather than picked through by other guests. Front desk was friendly and helpful. on-site parking. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Excellent 4-night NYE 2021 stay

The staff was fantastic and the experience was excellent. The rooms were above expectations with precautions taken by Hampton hotels and their staff. Close location for many things to do in the coconut grove area. Will stay again! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Staff is awesome and facilities are awesome. Breakfasts are good for the COVID times. Enjoyed staying here. Hope will come again to Miami and stay here again. Location is also great. Internet is fast! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Great Moderate Hotel in Coconut Grove

We've stayed here twice now as our son goes to the U and lives nearby in Coconut Grove. The first time was pre-COVID and most recently was in the midst of COVID. It's a great moderately priced hotel in a good location. Cleanliness: It's clean. And during COVID it was exceptionally clean. Amenities were in individual bags. There are no weird smells in the rooms. Bed: I like that the linens are all white and the beds and pillows are comfortable. Room: I was little bummed as when you do contactless check in, they allow you to pick your room. When we arrived, the room we picked was given to someone else. Workout room: They have one but we haven't used it so far. Service/Front Desk: They have been helpful and friendly - especially on the first trip. This trip I did the keyless entry and went back to the desk to ask for water. The questioned me like I already received it and was trying to get more, which I wasn't. Also, made sure I'm an Honors member, I am. Breakfast: The last time was a little weird. It was like they allowed homeless to eat breakfast and stay there. I was rough trying to get food as there were two homeless who smelled really, really bad eating breakfast. (The cops who were there eating also told us they were homeless in case you think I'm being judgey). But the breakfast was what you'd expect - oatmeal, scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal and pastries. This time, with COVID, they were packing breakfast in individual packages but still serving warm food. Parking: They have secure parking on site. Pool - Someday we'll experience but haven't so far. Overall, this is better than some other places we have stayed in the Grove and will be our regular spot when we visit. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
