The Hampton Inn was nice, the usual Hampton Inn you’d expect. The pool is closed right now understandably. The staff was all very friendly and outgoing. We saw Jammin Jim’s juggling and magic show while there. He was excellent, he truly did an amazing trick by guessing a very large number exactly, he juggled a burning bowling ball, machete and bowling pin. He’s an outstanding entertainer for not only children but adults too! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Family Road Trip

Looking forward to the Pool with my Family on a nice Hot day. Pool was drained and no pool. Also the milk I received from Breakfast was spoiled. No big deal, I just asked for a new one but they should check before handing them out to customers. but Customer service was good. I am a loyal Hilton/Hampton- inn customer but I checkout early and checked into the Best Western since they had a pool. I actually liked them better. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

While traveling through the area we were so lucky to find this hotel. What a beautiful city. A lot of dining options and things to see. I wish we would have been there for a few more days. The hotel is very nice with a friendly staff clean and comfortable room, right in the city and near the highway. I would highly recommend this hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The hotel was located in near Glenwood caverns. Had some issues at check-in with the system. Breakfast was good but not great. Appreciated the hot coffee at check-in. Overall a pleasant stay on our way to Denver. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
No room available upon arrival with confirmed reservation and online checkin

I had confirmed reservation and checked in via the Hilton APP. When I arrived I was told no rooms available. I was walked to a different without choice. I did not receive a receipt till I was forced to call the hotel, I have not received stay credit, or points. I asked for the Franchise owner contact info was told I would be contacted by the General Manager, of course hotel has not contact me. If the hotel had contacted me BEFORE I arrive I could have made other arrangements. I still want the Franchise owner contact information so I can experience to someone who may care. Stay somewhere else TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
