This is our first experience with Hampton Inn
Oct 27th, 2020
This was our first experience with Hampton Inn. The friends we travelled with are Hilton rewards members so it was not our last. We stayed at three more Hampton Inns during our two week road trip. The room was large, the fixtures up to date and the bathroom nice and spacious with plenty of counter space. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room offered a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. The locale was very convenient for arrival and departure back on the road (I-70). Breakfast was handled well in this age of COVID with us making a selection the night before and picking it up at the predetermined time. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

My group made an unexpected stop here during the recent snow storm. The hotel staff were wonderful, from the breakfast server to the cleaning stafff. Special mention to Sam N., who went above and beyond to fix our heater issue and help us with restaurant options and needed supplies. An unexpected hassle turned into a fun adventure with Sam’s help. I would highly recommend this hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Typical awesome Hampton stay

We were able to walk in and get a nice room without having a reservation. This hotel is in the middle of a beautiful senic area. Was a really nice breakfast as we were able to make our selections the night we checked in and the next morning we were able to pick up a nice hot breakfast, no bag for the trip at this location! Service was top-notch

We were visiting family in Aspen and wanted to visit Iron Mountain Hot Springs, so location-wise, this property was a great fit. Prior to our arrival, Sam, Hotel Manager, called to make sure my bed request was accurate. When we arrived, she greeted us with a smile (through her face mask, of course), and told us how breakfast would work. Throughout our stay Jasmin took care of every request we had, from more towels to extra keys. Nancy and team gave us our hot breakfast every day. If you're looking for top-notch service, look no further! We had an absolute blast here! Thank y'all! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Average Hampton Inn - Glenwood Springs
Oct 6th, 2020
Stayed here for 1-night during a road trip and we've stayed at this Hampton Inn a few times since it first open and unfortunately it's starting to show it's age. The rooms are large but could use some upgrades or renovations. It's easy to get to from I-70 and located next to Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park so if your going to visit this attraction it's very convenient to stay here. If your looking for a nice view this hotel doesn't really offer that but we found the rooms to be clean. The service was decent and the parking is free. They do offer a complimentary hot breakfast but you have to pick your time that you want to get it upon check-in. They have a women that will take your order and make your plate for you and there is limited seating available or you can take your breakfast to your room to eat. They offer complimentary snacks for Diamond Hilton Honor members. The hotel has a small indoor pool and whirlpool, business center and workout room. They have ice machines on every other floor and 1 elevator (the elevator was slow during our visit). If you stay here they do offer several types of discounts for AAA, AARP, Seniors and military/government rates so you should check our if you qualify for any of them when making your reservation. This hotel can fill up depending on your dates so I would recommend making your reservation as soon as possible. It's just a few blocks away from the famous Glenwood Hot Springs too. This hotel is nice in terms of location. Not too far from Aspen (less than a hour drive away). Vail is about a hour drive away along I-70. Staying in Glenwood Springs is much cheaper than staying in Aspen or Vail. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
