OK Room, No Room Service

Nov 9th, 2020

This is a fine generic hotel in north Missoula. Staff was pretty friendly, breakfast was fine. No wine in the little pantry store but the little casino next door had to-go drinks. My only issue was that for a 5 day stay, there was no room service. I'm fine with nobody making my bed, and I can re-use towels, but after 5 days, the garbage cans were all full, low on TP, and ran out of shampoo. Also, the fan in the wall unit was incredibly loud and woke me up several times. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice hotel- typical Hampton Inn

Oct 20th, 2020

Easy to find hotel and nice clean lobby. Room was clean and the beds were comfy. Had a good nights sleep, quiet and the staff was very nice. I would stay here again. They had brown bag breakfasts for everyone due to Covid. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Very Good....For What It Is

Oct 12th, 2020

Spent a week at this facility while on a fly fishing vacation. It is a moderately priced, somewhat older property, which is situated close to I-90, and within walking distance of several eateries. I had a room with a "larger bathroom", which gave me ample room to deal with waders and boots. Though an older property, it was neither visibly fraying nor deteriorating. Room and lobby were clean, and staff were appropriately focused on Covid-19 precautions. With Covid, there was only a breakfast bag available.....bottle of water, granola bar, small coffee cake, and fruit, which in this case was an orange. What I found a bit frustrating, is that in October, in Montana, costly citrus fruit was being used, with orange peels partly green. Perhaps, over the winter months, apples from nearby Washington may be a better and cheaper choice. Shuttle service and cab arranged by staff were timely and included in the motel fee. As noted in other reviews, Kyle was a gem re: courtesy and efficiency. Regrettably, no recycling of the plastic water bottles due to cost concerns. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Tiny rooms, loud, nasty COVID breakfast

Oct 9th, 2020

This is an old hotel with tiny rooms. It’s in a loud area and the garbage picks up at 5:30 am and it takes 5 minutes which means you will be wide awake! Their COVID breakfast is nasty! The rims next to the trash cans are odd numbers, however the even number rooms are on the highway side, so choose tour poison. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

All around great place to stay

Oct 7th, 2020

We stayed here for about a week and had a great experience. Kyle and Jen were especially helpful. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Missoula this is a great location, great staff, and freeway access a short distance away. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
