Somehow this hotel deleted my review. But this hotel is disgusting and I will continue to put it up because they’re trying to hide it. They have tons of roaches. I stayed here more times than once and every time I’ve seen them in different rooms. The first time I came was about a year ago and I left my bag open when I got home and open my bag a roach crawled out of it on this most recent stay I had just ordered food and put it on the counter the room was kind of dim so when I got up to get the food I saw two roaches scurry away I threw the whole plate away. The elevators on the fourth floor did not work I paid about 150 each night plus tax. Several times my room key was deactivated and I had to call twice about the toilet leaking water all over my floorI would not recommend this place to anyone it also smells like mildew TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Friendly staff, not the best for cleanliness

Stayed for 5 nights. It is a convenient location, near the airport and my family. The staff was friendly and helpful. The daily corona-virus breakfast was wrapper sealed granola bar, wrapper sealed muffin, apple, and water bottle. I was not impressed with how clean my room was and the hallways/stairways were. There were drink spots on a table in my room, crumbs, and a piece of chocolate on the rug. There was hair on the shower wall and bathroom floor. The stairwell by my room,which I used daily, had drink spots (coffee, water, soda, etc.) on the steps for all 6 days. So, it appears to me the stairwells are never mopped. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I stayed at the Hampton Inn airport in Philadelphia for one night and it is one of the dirtiest places I have ever seen. First of all we waited for the shuttle at the airport for 50 minutes despite calling the hotel twice (it is about a 5 min drive). When we checked in, I noticed that there were some trash on the floor in the front desk area but we were so tired that we just wanted to get to our room. But then once in the elevator both my sister-in-law and I noticed how worn out and dirty it looked but the worse came when we got to our floor. The elevator doors opened to an absolutely filthy carpet full of detritus and with two huge trash bags sitting there, very welcoming and hygienic. I truly don’t believe that our bathroom floor and the carpet in the bedroom had been vacuumed, there were crumbs all over and some change. On the partition door to the bathroom, there were a stain (blood or other body fluid). You would think that during a pandemic, hotels’ general managers would take even greater care in the cleanliness of their establishments . When we left this morning, the hallway carpet was as dirty as when checked in the evening before and there were more trashes all over. The self-serving coffee area in the lobby was messy, spilled cream and sugar, trash everywhere, not welcoming for your morning cup of tea or coffee. As we were waiting for the shuttle to take us back to the airport, we checked the outside area and once again, just like the inside, it was dirty, filled with trash cigarette butts. We mentioned last night and this morning how dirty everything looked, the front desk attendants apologized but with no manager on site, it seemed like they were both helpless ( the front desk attendant this morning wasn’t wearing a mask and was wearing a hood on). I have stayed at several Hampton Inns in the past and always had wonderful experiences (especially the one in Eagan, MN) that’s why we chose to stay at the airport one in Philadelphia. But this hotel will remain as the grossest place I have ever stayed in, absolutely unacceptable. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
A Nice Airport Hotel with Good Shuttle Service & Modern Rooms

I have a few choices of Hilton Properties near Philadelphia Airport and I settled on this Hampton Inn after reading all the reviews here. Other than really plain exterior, the hotel met my expectation. The rooms have gone through some renovations and feature the latest interiors at Hampton Inns. The room has a mini fridge and a microwave. I appreciate a real desk for working. There are plenty of outlets and USB ports in the room. The beds are comfortable and the noise level was normal here. The bathroom is spacious and well designed. I appreciate having three hooks to hang clothes and towels, as most hotels might not even have a hook for you to hang the clean clothes. As similar to other Hampton Inn, there is a complimentary breakfast and the hours are 6 to 10am daily. The buffet was similar to other Hampton Inn. Shuttle service was on demand from the airport, and ran twice hourly (:05 and :35) twenty-four hours a day from hotel back to airport. In conclusion, it is a nice Hampton Inn and wont' buy staying here again for my future overnight at PHL. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Great Airport hotel

Stayed before an early morning flight - all staff friendly, free shuttle runs every 1/2 hour round the clock & was super service, room was very fresh & clean. Halls are awaiting a refresh (signs up apologizing for run down look). Free internet was good too as needed to do some work. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
