A gross encounter !
Nov 18th, 2020
Checked in Sunday night with Nina Went up to my room and found the table between beds had sticky residue. I cleaned that spot and while doing so I noticed the clock radio that was covered in one side with what looked VERY MUCH like snot !!!! I picked it up found it to be unplugged so I put it out of my way on the AC unit This was DISGUSTING AND UNACCEPTABLE ! I stayed for two days . I don’t fault the housekeeping staff on this one - this was an animalistic foul guest that sneezed in the alarm clock and didn’t even TRY to clean it up Who does that ? Daytime and evening staff were pleasant and welcoming Nina on the other hand is a little strange I would have rated average but the facility needs a serious update in their rooms I will try Hotel down the street next time NOTE .... as I believe Housekeeping is a completely thank-less job I did leave a 20 dollar bill as a gratuity just to show I didn’t blame them for the snot clock TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Ok this is a great Hotel, clean with Pool, Hot tub, Gym etc. Lots of hotels have this. But what stands out is every weeknight from 4:30-6:30 there is a managers Popup with FREE BOOZE, 3 beers or Glasses of Wine, RUN dont walk to this Hotel if you are in the area. It is in a bit of a weird spot, but with WAZE and my car it wasnt an issue, It was like 5 mins off I-95. Staff took covid very seriously. Be aware they do not clean the rooms every day due to Corona TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Most staff without masks
Aug 14th, 2020
If you have any concerns re: Covid safety precautions I’d advise you stay elsewhere. Staff are talking to each other without masks in small public areas that you cannot avoid (in front of the elevators, in the narrow hallways). I saw maybe 1 or 2 staff actually wearing a mask. It was a letdown given the policies they seem to advertise on their website. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Portsmouth one-night getaway

Nice clean hotel. They follow several procedures to be sure the rooms are safe and disinfected after/before each guest. Due to Covid-19, shuttle and recreation areas, gym and swimming pool, were not available for guest. Disappointing but it is not there fault and we were glad they follow the guidelines for the current situation. Breakfast is also adapted to the current situation, grab and go options, not hot breakfast. Hotel is dog friendly for an extra fee. We brought our dog with us and we did not have any problem. However, just want to mention that one of the guests, against the rules, left the dog alone in the room for hours and the dog did not stop barking. Really sad for the dog, and inconsiderate and annoying for the rest of the rooms.. Hotel staff was very friendly. Located near several stores. Free parking at hotel. About 10 minutes away to downtown. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
It felt like a 2nd home
Apr 28th, 2020
We arrived late March. With the COVID-19 going around we were very pleased with our room. It was like a small apartment. Full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, a small dining table, living room, separate bedroom and our bath. We stayed a month. They didn't object to me cleaning my own room and were very anxious to help and support me with whatever I wanted or needed. The front desk people, like Debbie or Coleen were always cheerful faces as we passed in and out. The hotel was kept very clean and disinfected. Also they put out breakfast to grab and go every morning. Thank you to my home away from home for making us feel safe and welcome! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
