Very misleading. The hotel is under construction which is not listed on their site or booking.com. I called twice to make sure pool was open due to Covid and to see when we could check in, nothing mentioned. The reservation was pay now with no option to cancel. Upon arrival I was told I had to pay an additional $50 for incidentals, which also isn’t mentioned anywhere. But I guess once you already have my money for the stay I didn’t have much of a choice but to pay it. The hotel is listed as breakfast included (on booking and their website) which is not true. They are VERY STRICT about wearing a face mask, but the construction workers are all through the hotel without one. Let’s not even discuss the disregard for guests as the construction crew yelled and cussed throughout the first floor. Last day, have do not disturb sign on the door and here comes housekeeping at 845am pounding on the door. I didn’t answer on the first knock so she knocked louder and woke everyone up. Misleading at the least, but they already had my money so why would anyone care. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

They are under construction but do not state in travel booking sites. The construction impacts amenities but they do not note this anywhere. The room we booked was pay at check in and included "free breakfast". We even called before booking to see if covid19 was affecting thing. They made no mention of construction or amenities affected by construction, like no breakfast. Also once we arrived no vouchers or discount were offered for service they would no longer be providing. It was hard to even find the entrance and parking is limited. Upon arrival and seeing the state of thing we choose to cancel and get refund. We were told TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Although they are under construction currently(upgrades to the pool and hot tub area, the staff has gone above and beyond to stay positive and make sure we had everything we needed. For the pricetag of $58+tax, I was able to overlook the fact there was no refrigerator. When things are back in full swing I will most definitely return! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The place is under renovation. It was a maze to find the front desk. The room we were assigned had definitely not been remodeled. The bed had hairs and gross things in it. The bathroom was not clean. The room smelled like a beer party. We got our money back and left. Don't go there!!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Indian manager is very rude, all others fine.

Stayed here for three nights for a conference in St. Louis and the first night the AC stopped working. The next morning i told a house keeper and she came in to look at it. After she couldnt figure out why it worked, she went to tell the manager. I followed her. When the manager followed me back to my room, before he even steppe into my room the manager(the younger indian fellow) said, "Okay, Ma'am I smell marijuana coming from your room." I am a federal employee. I get drug tested every two weeks. And if i pop hot on a drug test, even for cold medicine, then there is a very good possibility that I would serve some time. So, NO, there was no smoking of any kind in my room. I told him this, and he didnt reply. Instead, The manager took a cursory glance at the AC and left. I waited for him to come back, nothing. Then time came that i had to leave for my conference. So i left and hoped it would be fixed by my arrival. When i came back, no one was in sight. AC was still broken. Later that night i went out to my car to smoke a cigarette and on,my way back in, ran into a hotel employee. He pulled me aside and told me that the manager told him to make frequent walk by's of my room. He didnt smell anything, of course, and told me that the manager was going to charge me an extra $300 at check out on,Saturday for smoking in the room. And that he didnt believe i ever smoked anything inside the hotel. So he told me what to do to avoid the undue charge. I did it, and they assigned me a new room. I went from the first floor to the third, floor, at the, very opposite side of the hotel. Talk about petty. I sure as hell wont be staying there again TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
