Very nice lobby, a great location, clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Meagan the bartender was very sweet and went out of her way to serve us. She was delightful to converse with but the bar was only open on Fri and Sat nights so we missed her on Sunday. The breakfast was really good, everything was fresh and Connie the server attending the breakfast area was great. She got us whatever we needed and kept the coffee coming out hot and fresh. No complaints here, a great deal and you won't be sorry if you stay here. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Nice place to stay in Savannah.

My husband I stayed 3 nights at this Hampton Inn. It was very clean and well prepared for the Covid-19 situation. Staff all wore masks. The room had a strip on the door that we broke as we entered the room for the first time. Breakfast was served in to go boxes with something for everyone to pick from. There was plenty of seating around the room with tables spread out. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We found the PERFECT hotel within walking distance to Bay Street, River Street and City Market. We had a corner room with a great view of the river and daily barge traffic. Visits to the numerous cultural and historical sites was easy. The staff was friendly and eager to please. Loved the rooftop bar and pool! What a perfect spot to watch the sunset overlooking historic Savannah. Loved this hotel and look forward to a return visit! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We arrived to check in after a long day of driving, just wanting to change clothes and go out to get something to eat for our one night in the city. We were informed that the hotel was overbooked and we no longer had a room. The manager had reserved a room for us across the street, at a hotel we did not want to stay in because they did not offer breakfast and did not have a pool. We went across the street and then had to wait for over 2 hours for that desk to get in touch with the manager for his credit card info. We were told that he was out to eat with his wife and could not be reached. So... we came to the city to have a nice dinner and we were unable to do so since once the whole mess was “figured out” it was 9:30 and the restaurants were done serving. This is unacceptable and is very disappointing. As a nurse with a short time off during this craziness, I really just wanted a nice night in Savannah. And to top it off, we were not refunded at all for the room we were not able to stay in that we booked in advance. Huge fail, Hampton TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Staff was exceptional! Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast staff great. Hotel is showing a little age but very clean and friendly staff. Good location but not on river front. Coffee was available around the clock which is important to me. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
