Amazing Accommodations and Responsive Staff

Our stay was amazing thank you to all staff and special thank you to Jennifer Dickson, Guest Services Manager who understood our need for a complete break because of health issues that my husband has had recently. She upgraded us to a Suite that was accessible. Despite COVID, staff was responsive via text and ensured that everything we needed was immediately left at our door. Breakfast was in a box and was healthy, boiled egg, yogurt, granola freshly baked muffins and croissants, fresh fruit and beverage of your choice. There was a nespresso machine in the room and three TVs including one in the bathroom. Thank you Jennifer and team. You helped rejuvenate our souls! We will be back. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

A Midweek Getaway

My wife and I enjoyed an overnight stay at Harbour House. This is our third time staying there and we always have a great time. They include an afternoon wine tasting, we skipped that, but I heard it was very nice. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of variety. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We stayed here as part of a package deal. Very clean, comfortable room, very friendly, helpful staff, nice wine-tasting at 4pm, nice breakfast selection. We loved the complimentary shuttle service in the evening to take you to the theatres and the restaurants. Definitely recommended. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Excellent hotel. Beautiful location. Friendly professional staff. Shuttle service a real plus!! Definitely recommended. Very comfortable room with king size bed, fireplace and a very efficient bath set up. Can't help but relax and enjoy.Would stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

LOh belt little get away

We had heard about the Harbour House from friends but this is the first time we were able to stay there. What a lovely visit! I think it was one of the most comfortable mattresses ever! The bedding was clean and soft too. The room was decorated in a nautical theme. There was even an espresso machine in our room. There was a wine and cheese welcome hour, with wines from local wineries and homemade cheese spreads. The breakfast was included which was a nice surprise. The breakfast itself was delicious with fresh croissants, an almost Spanish tortilla casserole, fruit and breads. I appreciated the choice of yogurts which included a plain, unsweetened one. The service was personal and welcoming from the minute we arrived! The location is great too! You are just a few blocks from the center of town and next to the lakeshore. The fort is nearby with ice skating too! We would definitely chose the Harbour House Hotel again! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
