My daughter had a cheer comp in town. We thought we would make a family trip out of it and go to the hardrock hotel and casino. I booked right through the hotel website. Amenities included pool. When we got there the pool was closed. When I called and asked they told me that the closure is mentioned on the website. Only if you click on pool will the info be shown. I told the front desk in person that they might want to fix the false advertising on the website and that if I had known there was no pool I would have booked somewhere else that most likely would have cost a lot less. She immediately told me that I could check out. Hahaha. I told her I just wanted to make them aware of the false advertising. She said ok let me look at something. She began to type away for some time, have no idea what for but waited. Soon enough a hotel manager come out and told me they just changed the online ad to show the pool is not open on the amenities page. She also told me the spa is not open but when it is I can come back and use the 15% discount card she gave me on it. Lol Really disappointed. The room was very nice and clean and updated at least. No ocean view but we aren’t priority guests I guess having kids and all. She did tell me she would take the resort fee of $15 off so that is something. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
We went just for a Hard Rock pin

We didn't stay or gamble, we ate at Hard Rock cafe only. The food was good, waitress was great. It's a bit of a walk from garage, but parking is free. Go in and up the escalator. Restrooms are in hallway, not in restaurant, but not far. All in all great service. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

My husband and I went to the Hard Rock to gamble. We played a little on Black Jack and moved to Craps. The employees at the Craps table were horrible - rude & annoyed. I do not understand this mentality. You would think that they would want their players to have fun...they make tips that way. The one guy that was placing my bets was completely agitated when I gave him money to place. I’ve played craps for 20+ years; I know how to play. That shouldn’t matter though. He huffed & rolled his eyes when I gave him a bet to place. At that point I cashed in & left. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Review from a regular....

I am a regular visitor to Biloxi due to business in the area. Hard Rock is 1 of 2 that I usually stay at. They are more expensive but it is a nicer feel also. The staff is generally pretty friendly. They are strict on the mask thing, which is pretty annoying, but that’s more on the Gaming Commission than the Staff just being jerks. Rooms are always clean and have cool designs, but some areas are showing age. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are clean. Having good food inside the resort is a big plus. It’s slightly overpriced, but you expect to pay for convenience in places like this. My main issue is table limits, especially during off times. If you’re just wanting to casually play for a little bit, $25 minimums are too high for a lot of people. Some games are $10, but when you bet ante and play, you’re in for $20 minimum. They should make it easier for the casual player during the day and more serious at night. Bar prices are pretty ridiculous. Overall, it’s a good place to stay. Another advantage, if you don’t like HR, there is another casino within a 5 minute walk. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

This is the 2nd bad experience I've had at this hotel and it will be the last because I will not be returning back. The first bad experience was a few years ago when the people in the room next to me began fighting and breaking all of the glass in the room. The hotel did nothing about it after several calls. Last night at 1am the room next to me decided to begin playing music as loud as they could get it. I called down to the front desk and was told that it would get taken care of but it never did. The walls are paper thin and we got zero sleep the entire night thanks to loud music and no assistance from the front desk. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
