The worst experience
Aug 10th, 2020
This hotels’ customer service is the worst. So bad that I’m not even staying the entire night. The Front desk manager Cheri gabel comes off as racist. She didn’t attempt to accommodate or listenTo my complaint in any form, I pulled my mask down so she could hear me, but all she was concerned about was my mask. Never addressed my issue. This place is undesirable. The issues in the room I overlooked but when it came to how I was treated at the desk, is going to make me wright this review on every platform I can. I requested the same room I stayed in 2 weeks ago, I checked in inspected the room and there was a candy wrapper on the floor beside the bed, that same wrapper was still on the floor in the same place on this stay. The pool is on the first floor, my room is on the 11th, we used pool towels to attempt to come back to the room With because we were wet, the pool attendant rudely told me and my daughter we could not bring them back to the room even though we were wet. We came here because today is my daughter’s birthday and she wanted to visit The sugar factory, But we will not be returning, and will be passing this experience onto my college’s I work with within Hilton. Thanks for ruining my baby’s birthday TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Hotel feels dirty, overpacked and the staff isn't very friendly. We had to wait an hour plus to get in the pool. Why fill up the entire hotel and make the patrons wait to get in the darn pool?! Food is subpar. We were woken up all night by drunken patrons talking in the hallway. Where is the insulation?!?!?! Don't waste your money! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Biloxi short stay (weekdays)
Aug 1st, 2020
We stayed in the royal tower 7th floor. Overall the hotel was very clean & moderately busy considering we visited during the week versus the weekend. Social distancing enforced and masks required. Our only grievance was the parking situation. Due to Covid restrictions the valet services are temporarily suspended which is understandable however the parking tower is on the opposite end of the hotel towers which is a very far walk (2 sets of elevators) with luggage .....especially with kids in tow... the bellhops were scarce and guests were not allowed to load and unload in the front of the hotel... no temporary parking ..not even to check in. This was very inconvenient as the front desk for the hotel is not on the ground floor... TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
road trip stop

stopped here coming from southwest florida... we were from new jersey up until recently and were used to the hard rock in AC.... this is no comparison!!! much smaller and while we were ok with wearing masks for COVID 19, I guess its ok to get cancer. the place smelled like an ashtray....the machines are outdated and tight as 6 drums!!! dont even think of winning....the steak house was very good. our room was nice except the shower heads didn't all work....i like the free parking....its a real shame that this town has such funky beaches... that too was a disappointment...i did win at the beau rivage though....we stayed two nights....that was plenty..... I visited the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Biloxi during tropical storm Cristobal. The “Robotic Bar” was never open during the four days I was there. On Sunday night (when Cristobal made landfall) there were no restaurants open except the Hard Rock restaurant (where we had already eaten twice since we were trapped in the hotel due to Cristobal) and the Sugar Factory where our options were a BLT or another cold sandwich because their “ovens” weren’t working. The pizza place was closed and so was Ruth Chris’s steak house. The next morning there were no doughnuts at Dunkin Donuts. I thought that a hotel chain with international locations would be better prepared for a tropical storm but I was mistaken. The Hard Rock hotel desk staff stated that the restaurants in the hotel are not owned by the hotel so the hotel cannot require for them to stay open. There was no refrigerator in the hotel room (only a mini bar fridge) so we couldn’t buy food before the storm to feed ourselves. The only time our temperature was taken was prior to entering the Hard Rock Cafe. Apparently the Hard Rock folks didn’t care if people with fevers entered their casino. (Other casinos in the area checked our temperatures.) We had to use towels from our room the day we checked in because the “Pool Boy” windows were closed before the storm even arrived. We paid $20 to watch a movie in our room. During the storm the internet didn’t work and neither did the TV. MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE FREE CANCELLATION! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
