Great place with great people!

Room & bathroom was very nice, spacious and very clean. Coffee maker and small fridge good. Good soaking tub. Room service was outstanding - very fast! Restaurants: Grand Isle, Mannings & The Steakhouse were superb. Would have liked firmer mattresses and pillows. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Solid casino experience

Good variety of machines. Poker room was always available and well staffed. Drinks were average as would be expected. Overall atmosphere was pleasant. Will come back if in New Orleans again. Great location. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice that it is smoke free, but everyone seemed to busy to show any real caring

Was ok, room was nice and clean, but not a relaxing stay. Very busy and employees seem to busy to really care if you have a good time or not. There are many good places to eat and there are a lot of different machines to play. I do like that is was smoke free. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

New Trip

Apr 18th, 2019

Each year my wife and I make a trip along the gulf Coast. We like to go to as many casinos as possible in the 5 day trip. We have been to Harrahs each year. Every year we find our luck at Harrahs to be somewhat lacking at Harrahs compared to the other casinos we visit. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great Location

Apr 18th, 2019

The location of the hotel was great. I had asked for a river view room and called the day before we arrived. I was told that the room was available. When we got there and headed up to our room, we were disappointed to see that we were given a city view. I called down to the front desk to inquire and was told that there were no river views available. I am not sure why I was told the day before I arrived that the room would be, when it wasn't. The hotel was quiet in the room. I was surprised to approached by many homeless people on the hotel property. There were two nights that they were sitting, passed out in the lobby chairs. That was a bit shocking. The valet workers were all helpful with places to eat and such. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
