Too many guest milling around common areas totally unmasked and no one enforcing this. Very disappointed since my family and I know people who have contracted this virus....it is NO JOKE!! Sad that my 11 year old grandson asked why it was that our family wore our masks to protect others and they did not protect us! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Our stay at the Hawthorn in College Station was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and all social distancing was followed. Our stay was very peaceful and our grand kids loved it. The couch bed in the the opposite side of the room with a door is fantastic!! We would love to stay again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Service, price, cleanliness = excellent The staff was BEYOND amazing. The efforts to socially distance and sanitize was relieving! Breakfast was included and therefor made it easier and cheaper to feed my kids (family of 5). Not a lot of breakfast options, so don't get your hopes up. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Nice staff and clean hotel

The staff was very nice and helpful. Sanitation ares were available around hotel. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Hotel was in a nice area with lots of places to eat and grocery stores near by. Minuti Coffee shop near by is a definite stop you have to make. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Noise Complaint

Said the Hawthorn would refund since I did not stay and reported the noise but the next day says there wasn't. The person did open the hotel door and yell out. This staff was not supportive and acted like they new what the problem was but would not correct it. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
