Haven amongst the chaos

Jan 26th, 2020

We had a wonderful weekend stay at The Haymarket Hotel for our anniversary. It was also the Lunar Chinese New Year, and the hotel is perfectly located between Trafalgar Square and Piccadilly Circus. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. Brumus is a hive of activity, but there is a drawing room with tranquil candles and relaxing vibe. The super king size bed, Egyptian Cotton sheets, black out blinds enable a peaceful night sleep. Thank you so much for your hospitality! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Superb, unique, well situated high end hotel

Jan 16th, 2020

We totally loved our 10 day stay at the Haymarket. The location is perfect for theatre and museum goers. The rooms are large, comfortable and very well decorated, with excellent temperature control and bathroom facilities. There's a great pool, a decent workout facility, great public facilities (including excellent art everywhere) and very good restaurant and bar facilities, including excellent breakfasts. Service was uniformly top flight. It was rather expensive but well worth it. Can't wait to go back. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Amazing stay

Jan 13th, 2020

We recently spent 2 nights at this wonderful hotel. From the minute we arrived to checking out the service was superb. The room exceeded our expectations. We had room 311 on the 3rd floor. It was very spacious and immaculately clean. The decor in the hotel is beautiful and The room was amazing. Very comfy queen size bed . The room was very quiet and we didn't get disturbed by any road noise despite being yards from a very busy area. The staff are all very professional and friendly. We dined in the Brumus restaurant on our first night and took advantage of the pre theatre 3 course meal, amazing value for approximately £23 per head. The waiter who served us was Zoltz ; apologies if that's spelt incorrectly. He is a credit to the hotel and deserves a special mention. The Concierge was also very helpful so thanks to him too. When we arrived he gave us a short four of the hotel including the swimming pool. It looked fantastic and we will definitely use it on our next visit. All in all a wonderful experience. We will be recommending to friends and hope to return again soon. Stay here you won't regret it! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Excellent hotel, staff, facilities, location

Dec 30th, 2019

We enjoyed room 301 for four nights over Christmas. The large, quiet room was gorgeously appointed, superb huge bed with luxurious bedding, magnificent bathroom. All fixtures and fittings were so clean they looked brand new. Assiduous replenishing of towels, mineral water etc. Staff were friendly and delightful - from the street to the excellent restaurant, front desk and room. Swimming pool was spectacular. For once, all the positives in all the reviews were spot on - the Haymarket is a fabulous place for a special stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Up to the usual standards of the Firmdale Group

Nov 16th, 2019

We spent a couple of nights here on a quick trip through London. It was the 4th firmdale we have stayed in in London, and it was up to the usual standard. We had a suite to accomodate 4 of us, and it was lovwly. On our early arrival we were able to use the basement pool to freshen up after our long flight from Australia. The breakfast was good, but not quite up to the standard at the Ham Yard. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
