David from the Bar & Lounge / stay

Feb 23rd, 2020

The stay was very nice! Beds were comfortable and pillows fluffy! The hotel is very classy , peaceful and quiet , I loved it! Dave from the bar/ lounge was AMAZING! He immediately took care of us! He brought us some drinks and food out no time! He was a gentleman and had great conversation making sure we didn’t need anything. Thanks Dave !!!!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Very good business hotel

Feb 18th, 2020

Very good business hotel with nice rooms and good service. I had been there many times but this was the first time spending time overnight in a room. The services was good. Only complaint was too many people trying to check in at once and long lines. However, as a Hilton Honors guest, they checked me in within a few minutes. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

It's a nice place but definitely pricey

Feb 18th, 2020

Came here for a conference. Valet staff were courteous. Front lobby staff were courteous. Some elevators only went up to floor 19, then you had to walk all the way down to different elevators to get to floor 24. That was a little dumb. We stayed on the executive floor, so the room was nice but I agree with other reviews, it really wasn't as clean as a room that expensive should be. Breakfast is not free but is included in the executive lounge if you have access. Breakfast was nice with lots of options. However breakfast staff weren't always the friendliest people. The toaster never worked my entire stay because the outlet was tripped or is non functioning. I tried explaining this to one staff member who insisted if the bread went down it was on. Neither toaster was on. Both were freezing cold. You could see the heating elements not on. The next morning a different employee listened to me and switched outlets. Magic! The toasters work! Anyway, yall need to get your electrician to check out that outlet because your hotel is gonna burn down just because your argumentative employee. Wanna argue with me about a stupid toaster. ANYWAY---- we'd come back and give you guys another chance The view is beautiful and the location is great. I'm just cranky because I had to eat a cold bagel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The best hotel experience ever!

Everything from check in to check out was amazing. Super friendly staff. We used valet parking and they were great about having our car ready. The staff in the restaurant and Starbucks were all friendly and provided great service. Great location and great rooms. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Walls are thin

Feb 17th, 2020

Overall the hotel is nice, but the walls must be thin. I could easily hear phone conversations from the guy in the room next to mine. Fortunately he finished his calls by 10 pm. I was in room 15011. The other weird thing is that the bed is on the same wall as the door that links the two rooms together. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
