Visited for a Conference
May 17th, 2020
Came in for the Quality Conference this past February and the Hilton was packed. Meeting rooms were all over the place, on both sides of the hotel. There was an app to download for a map, which was helpful. The restaurants were overwhelmed for lunch, so much that they had to have food trucks come and drive up in between the two parts of the Hilton. The proximity to Camden Yards is remarkable. You're literally right there. I'm not much of a baseball fan, but it was still a neat experience. I think that the hotel did a good job hosting the conference, but there were a few misses here and there. I look forward to coming next year, if they elect to hold the conference in the Hilton. Really a few blocks from the Inner Harbor
Mar 17th, 2020
Maybe it's just me, but I think that if a property is called "X" then it ought to be right there. Right. There. Which this Hilton is not. So if you were thinking you'd be right AT the Inner Harbor, across the street from Phillipp's, the Aquarium, etc. - get ready to hike a few blocks. And if it's a nice day, hey, a walk is good for you. If it's not - well, decide if those blocks are worth it. However, there is an excellent local restaurant right across the street - Fred and Nick's? - that has amazing crab pretzels - which are way cheaper than Phillipps as well as warm and comforting. The hotel itself is fine - nothing spectacular, nothing disappointing. It's in two sections, with a skybridge on the 2nd floor. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Nice room, poor staff attitude
Mar 8th, 2020
I was going to review this hotel well until some staff encounters. I left an expensive item in the hotel lounge. I called security and he said, "you already called about this!" No, I did not. Then, without really checking, he said he didn't have it. I went to the front desk and asked to file a lost item report. She acted like I had 2 heads She handed me a slip of paper and told me I could write my information on it and give it to security, but with attitude, as if she was really not impressed that I wanted to do this for a scarf (a $350 Burberry cashmere scarf). I asked her if she would be sure to give the note to security, to which she rolled her eyes and said forcefully, "yes, Ma'am". This is unacceptable. Beyond this, one day I came upon housekeeping having a conversation repeatedly using the "r" word. I was staying there for a conference of disability rights lawyers & advocates hosted by the hotel. Clearly, the manager needs to do some serious staff training in customer service. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Another Great Conference at the Hilton!
Mar 4th, 2020
This is THE BEST hotel by far for conference facilities. There were over 3,500 attendees and I never felt crowded (or over-crowded). The hotel took into consideration flow for lunch etc. and just nailed it. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

i enjoyed my stay at this propert. The arrival and departure service lived up to the HIlton brand. I was particularly impressed by Noor who worked in the coffee house in teh lobby. She delivered exceptional customer service and an amazing fancy coffee! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
