If you are flying in or out this is a good place to rest, very friendly staff who love to help even at the restaurant. They will even txt you to make sure everything is ok and if you have any questions or concerns TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Convenience Rules !

Feb 26th, 2020

This pleasant property with all of its amenities had only one main purpose for my trip...maximum sleep between flights. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. And the shower was hot. The checkin was quick and pleasant and the checkout was equally so. I made my flight on time with a good night sleep. Thank you TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Hot rooms and uncomfortable beds

Feb 25th, 2020

Worst Hilton that I have stayed at. The antique thermostat hit nearly 80s on the “cool” setting. Finally at 2:30am I called the front desk and they told me the cool setting does not work during winter and offered to bring up a “chiller”. That was half an hour ago and still waiting for it. Bed is uncomfortable. Never again I’ll take a hotel shuttle to another local hotel instead of the short walk to this place from the terminal. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Very Dated

Feb 22nd, 2020

Not only is this hotel expensive it’s also very old and dated. The rooms are in rough shape. Very difficult to locate the hotel from the airport. The airport staff had a hard time telling us how to get there. The carpeting in the lower level & in the hotel hallways makes it very hard to roll a large bag -we have Tumi bags which roll really well and it was still difficult. Unless things change we won’t be back. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A one star is generous

Feb 21st, 2020

What type of hotel does it take 20+ minutes to check in? There’s a queue of 10 people and 1 receptionist. And to make matters worse, as soon as flight crew arrive, everyone else gets ignored. Whatever happened to first impressions and guest service. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
