We rented 2 King rooms, 1 was fir 1 night and the other for 2. Arrived at 9pm and were only people in the lobby. Receptionist was professional, courteous and quick! I think her name was Amy. Our rooms were recently renovated and super large (we were upgraded to King suites). Room 117 had a faint musty odor to it but everything thing else was terrific! Will return and stay again. A grand hotel suffers

We have used this as our go to place for years. Last weekend spur of the moment had to come to and found a ghost of a hotel. Virtually no services available only a single desk person and no housekeeping on duty. How in the world does a Hilton function this poorly? TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We stayed at the Hilton in College Station for a couple’s getaway and we were amazed at the customer service! Amy at the front desk was INCREDIBLE and went out of her way to make our stay special. We had a blast! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Not what I expected for hilton

Hotel is very clean but somewhat worn. Beds very comfy. Only one elevator worked and peopled lined up to get on. Not good . Bathroom was the smallest I've ever seen in any hotel. Embassy suites up the road is much better and cheaper. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Upon my departure, I noticed I had forgotten an item. I called the hotel at 9:39 am and spoke to the female working the front desk to let them know and asked if she would send someone to grab my item and leave at the front desk since we still had friends at the hotel. She later called me back at 10:09 am to notify me that my item was not found. Told her that I thought it was weird, it was there when I left that is why I gave her a specific location. At that time, I took an Uber back to the hotel to look myself. As I was arriving to the hotel, I received another call from the hotel from the same lady at 10:44 am. She stated that housekeeping miraculously found my item and she had it at the front desk. Hmmmmm, interesting! When I arrived I asked her if anyone ever went to look when I had originally called. She stated she sent her associate and he was not able to find it. I guess since I was not happy and I told her it was there and where it was, I assume someone actually went to grab it. Anyhow, I got my item, then asked if I could get shuttled back to my location since I had to get an Uber and they said no. Some other things that I noticed during our 3 night stay, guests had dirty towels and trash outside their rooms for days that weren’t picked up. The trash can on the floor hallway was filled and overloaded with food/trash. Lastly, the coffee cup in our room that is lined with plastic, had a dead roach in it and our room also had a dead roach on the floor. Pretty disgusting. Safe to say that my family and I will never go back. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
