Old Standby gets COVID Update
Aug 2nd, 2020
We’ve been going to this hotel for a few years, whenever we had things to do in Dallas. This time we came up for a house hunting trip, and it had to be done COVID or not. Happily, Hilton has done a great job preparing the hotel. First, the valet is gone, which I feel for those guys, but is appropriate, so self parking in their garage is the order of the day, but is quite easy. Still the same $20 fee. Receptionists behind barriers and hand sanitizing stations on entry. Masks on for staff and required staff in the common spaces, of course. The rooms are sealed behind tape, Hilton has apparently partnered with Lysol to really keep the rooms clean. Our room was spotless, and the crib I requested for our toddler was waiting outside. Even the remote comes in a special Lysol wrap. The pool and gym were open with occupancy limits. Restaurant appeared closed, although we didn’t ask. Overall, it was a great stay, and really put our minds at ease about the situation, given that it was a necessary trip. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Saturday night stay. Digital check in makes things a breeze. We parked in front, no valet due to pandemic. Cool Park Cities location in the city without the hassle of downtown. Parking is $20 which I thought was high. Simple room, updated shower with a comfortable bed. Lobby was inviting. We did not try the restaurant/bar. Small pool was very crowded. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Great stay, friendly staff

The furniture is very old....this hotel needs an update. The bed though is very comfortable. I stayed on the 11th floor. The first room did not have adequate water pressure. I reported this and asked for a new room, they did that with no questions. I moved down the hall, and apparently because I am on the top floor, i was hearing the buzzing of the air conditioner on the roof. When I called the answer was that they could move my room. I had already had to move my room....so I stayed. The staff is very helpful, good customer service. they are in Covid restrictions, so you pick up towels and linens at the front desk. I am here for four weeks. I recommend if you have an extended stay to switch your room so that you can have fresh everything, if needed. This is a very nice hotel except for the things I had mentioned. I would stay here again, but would stay on 10th floor or lower as the air-conditioning on the roof is very loud. Also, no Valet parking, but they charged us to park in the valet garage. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
perfect spot for our wedding guests and family
Mar 6th, 2020
We got a room block for our family and wedding guest to stay at Park Cities Hilton. It was a perfect location! walking distance to Preston Center- restaurants shops, even a target and cvs in case anyone forgot something. The staff were so helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. several of the cousins had a sleepover in one of the rooms and everyone fit and it didn't seem crowded. The roof top pool is heated and open until 11pm. The hotel was also a pretty central location for the church and more importantly the reception. We got a great price and everyone truly enjoyed their stay at the hotel and in Dallas. Beautiful, Elegant and Comfortable.

I stayed at this hotel for work purposes. Regardless, if given a choice I will always choose a Hilton brand hotel. I can alway count with a courteous staff and above average accommodations. I had requested a king room, but at the time I checked-in there were none left. Avery at the front desk included breakfast with my stay for the inconvenience and I truly appreciated that.
