Great place to stay

We stayed for 3 nights at this location. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Desk staff Beverly and David were wonderful. They would do anything to make you comfortable. Everyone was cheerful and helpful. Thanks to Brianna for keeping our room perfect. Great stay! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

My boyfriend and i have been coming to this particular location for about 4 years now. We have always booked the room with the king bed and whirlpool. We specifically asked/paid for the bigger suite that had the walk in shower and a romance package. Not only were we not informed until we checked in that they couldn't provide the romance package because of covid, but also the room we requested and paid for was out of commission. They fixed our rate (no discounts for their mistakes though), but because of some holding policy its going to up to 7 days for it to be returned to my card. With all of this being said, they also only gave us literally two body towels because "they only have 12 available in the whole hotel" and no robes for a room with a whirlpool in it! To make matters worse, the front desk lady was pretty rude and harsh to my boyfriend. I didn't appreciate the way she was treating us. Im very disappointed and will unfortunately be looking elsewhere for our next getaway. Like i said before, we've been coming here for about 4 years. With the amount of money you pay for a room like this, i would like expect more. Nice, clean hotel though. Just seems to be going down will. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
First time I'm Disappointed in Hilton

The room itself was beautiful, we made sure to book the 5th floor and it was quiet, even with the hospital across the street. I liked that the rooms are cleaned and sealed. That being said, there was NO hot water! We thought at first we needed to run it for awhile, nope. Good thing we were only their one night, I showered when I returned home. When I went to wash my hands there was no bar soap, we had to use the shower gel. There was no condiments for the coffee at all, since we're cautious about eating or drinking outside the room, I was hoping we'd have a better choice in the room. I didn't bother to stop at the counter when we left, as there was already someone there complaining about something. We normally stay in a Hilton closer to my hometown, but decided to try somewhere different. Think I'll stick with the known next time. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Really Bad Experience.

I was forced to travel to help my daughter, I have a long medical history and am high risk. I picked Hilton because I am familiar with the brand and the advertised their high COVID standards. Most people in this hotel were not wearing masks. We saw housekeepers with no masks on at all, front desk clerks had their masks on below their nose or around their necks. The room was okay but had mold stains in the shower. No coffee pods in the room and then when I asked about it, I was barked at about coffee being in the room. The also had no cream. This was a big disappointment. Hilton does not have their act together on COVID, no matter what their adds day. I wrote a complaint on the hotel website, they haven't answered after four days.
