Relaxing stay Great Experience

First time staying at Dubuque Hilton Garden and It was really nice. The front desk associates were very friendly and someone was always at the desk to answer any question you had. We had a king room on the upper floor very clean and spacious. Still having a coffee maker in the room was great you don't see that too often anymore. It was nice getting to your room and it had a door seal on it stating the room had been clean and sanitized. Hilton had hand sanitizing stations throughout the lobby and at the elevators which was nice to see and masks were mandatory. In these trying times don't expect the pool or workout room to be open they also do not have a shuttle running which its states on the website. They did offer a free breakfast in a box that didn't bother us at all considering the times we live in know. Hilton didn't have to offer anything so the boxed breakfast was nice. If you’re in Dubuque Hilton Gardens is definitely worth staying at, I know we'll be back. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I found this to be one of the nicer places to stay in Dubuque. Quality rooms and friendly attentive staff. The hotel is in a nice location as well. It is connected to the Q Casino and the Greyhound Park, yet still very close to the downtown Dubuque area. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Booked 2 rooms at Hilton Garden Inn for 2 nights in Dubuque and the website only indicated no Airport shuttle, when checking in find out pool area closed, box breakfast and if you want your room cleaned you must leave for 3 hours before they will clean it! They could be more forthcoming on the website. When voicing my concerns about this the front desk clerk simply stated that I had a good room rate, basically indicating I should be happy because they usually charge much more for the weekend rate! Very nice hotel - and it should be because it's a Hilton. Check in lady was great and let us park our bikes in front. Covid breakfast box was pretty good but everything thing else. . . and I mean everything was unavailable. No restaurant, no pool / fitness, no shuttle . . . Everything was "no". Price was the same which really dings the value aspect so yeah, they could've done better. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Took my family on a mini vacation. Made reservations. Asked about pool and if there was breakfast was told yes to both. Checked in about 530pm on 7/23 clerk was very rude. Felt as though we were beneath him and we were bothering him. Was informed no pool or breakfast. Very disappointed expected more from the Hilton. Will not be returning our next visit.
