The hotel and location was great. However, the customer service that was provided made my stay worth staying extra days. There's a staff member by the name of Candy who treated my friends and I like we were VIP guests. She was very friendly and knowledgeable of the hotel and she also made great recommendations for local dinning spots. I'm looking forward to coming back and I hope to experience Candy's customer service again. Thank you Hilton Garden inn for the great customer service! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Really beyond disappointed

With everything going on right now hotels are making promises of high levels of cleanliness but this was definitely not the case here. I couldn’t sleep after finding the room they put us in had a bed looking like this... and our door was “sealed” which means they didn’t clean at all. I couldn’t sleep in the second room they put us in after seeing this. Utterly disgusting. Also masks not being enforced in public areas at all.. people hanging, congregating TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I’ve stayed with and worked for Hilton and this is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve encountered. I checked in on 10/01/20. We had a junior suite. After leaving for maybe an hour, we came back to lots of ants on the counter and in our food. After speaking with the guy at the front desk his actual first response was that we Probably shouldn’t leave food out. After our conversation, he moved us to a regular room for the night. The following day we were put back into another suite. We were in and out the next couple days and on the last night of our stay, there were roaches crawling around the microwave. I took videos of this and went to the front desk. Although he gave us that night free ... this was definitely a never again for this property. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Did not meet expectations

We stayed at this Hilton Garden overnight on July 18, 2020 before an early-morning flight in Ft. Lauderdale after a week in Key Largo. We had stayed here previously many times over the past couple years and always found it adequate. Under current circumstances with the pandemic at an all-time high, it did not meet our expectations. Check-in and check-out was very easy and completely contactless with Hilton's Digital Key feature. This was exactly as expected. Upon arrival to our room, our complimentary Hilton Honors bottled waters were in the room exactly as expected. There was no cleanliness seal in the room, so we cleaned all of the high-contact areas with disinfecting wipes that we brought with us just to be sure. All of the usual pens, pads, menus, etc were in the room, which was surprising. We thought that part of the cleanliness protocol was to remove all unnecessary items. We didn't touch them, just to be safe. Overall, the room appeared tired and unclean. The carpet looked dirty and the room had a musty smell. The AC was very loud. The TV was not working, so we had to call to have someone come into the room to fix it. Not ideal under current circumstances. Our Hilton Honors preferences list a low floor away from the elevators. Our room was right next to the elevators. Our sleep quality was very poor, not only due to the loud AC, but also due to the noise of the elevators operating throughout the night. We are thankful our stay here was only one night and are very disappointed in the quality of our stay. We will think twice before booking this property again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Bad night sleep

I was in and out on a quick overnight business trip. My room's a/c unit was so loud i could not sleep a wink. I tried turning it to low and auto. It dropped in noise 1/10th of a decibel. Was willing to sweat it out and hit the off button. Unfortunately, it would not turn off. Just a miserable night's sleep. Hope they fix this issue. Bathroom also had little bugs throughout. They were not ants and i didn't care to stare any further. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
