Terrible customer service

I stayed there in August and it was decent but had to pay 50 dollars for deposit and I still have not gotten it back. I called about it and they were very rude. I will not stay there anymore, no other hotels in area did this or anyone period. I book alot of hotels and shouldn't be treated that way. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Beware Covid 19

The establishment doesn't care if you have covid 19 they will charge you for the room and a 7.99 fee for canceling. They will tell you they will send it up to management to get a refund, and tell you they will be in contact with you in 3 to 5 days. It has been over a business week and have heard nothing. Please be careful if you have to stay here. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Nice hotel and a great location

We stayed here one night on our week long motorcycle trip. This property was the cleanest hotel of our stay. The rooms are clean, up to date, and the overall condition of the property is very good. Coffee and continental breakfast items were provided, however the restaurant was closed due to Covid. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

visit the Hilton Southaven on 5/30 room 113.. Well I was told by the desk clerk tht all double supreme rooms was booked out early that morning of my trip .. when i made my reservation through Booking.com it clearly said 6 room left. So I had to get a king supreme with a bed cot well when we got there the was no bed cot in my room.. I was down for a graduation so I inform the front desk that our room didn’t have a bed cot like I was told I would have... front desk guy said he would put one in our room okay cool well when we got bk to the room thinking we about to sleep comfortably.. no we did not!!!😤😤 what Hilton left in my room for me and my kids to sleep on was a hard box spring mattress that I would not let any human being sleep on.. (no regular twin mattress for the top) I call down to the front desk ask if someone could come to my room and explain to me WTH was this supposed to be and the lady was like she can’t leave the desk and was no help at all.. I’m so disappointed with the Hilton I would have never expected that from them.. not likely to return cause I could have booked a room elsewhere with double beds.. photo of what they expected us to sleep on TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Excellent hotel, great staff, good food and comnfortable rooms. Close to amenities and restaurants and in a quiet(ish) area. Staff always to happy help and courteous. A real bonus for me when i'm resident for 2 to 4 weeks at a time. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
