Felt like a real hotel

From the moment I came in, I felt like a hotel guest again and not a bother. Since the pandemic began, it hasn't been great to be a traveler it viewed as a number or worse as a bother. I couldn't tell through the mask, but the staff were happy and smiled with their voice. They informed of the protocols but they told me everything that was available, rather than everything I wasn't going to get. Great stay and refreshing! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Old and Dirty

Hotel was dirty! Shower had old shampoo stains, wash cloths had hair in them. The bed sheets smelled like ass. Guy at the front desk was nowhere to be found when checking in and out.Had to valet my own car, garage was small and creepy. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Stay somewhere else

I recently stayed at this hotel for work & it was one of the worst Hilton’s I’ve ever stayed at. When we checked out, it took them forever to get our bags & valet cars. I left my Kindle in my hotel room & housekeeping claimed that no one turned it in. I notified Amazon that it was stolen, so the Kindle couldn’t be registered & still it was never returned to me. Great Stay

Stayed at the hotel for business in the past and enjoyed it every time. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Hotel cleaning staff leave sweet and thoughtful notes and treats in the room, which make you feel like a valuable guest. All other staff are attentive, nice and accommodating. Great location - right in the center of Oakland. Would definitely recommend! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Pitt Hilton Experience was Great. Best Employee staff I have ever encountered at a Hotel.Clean rooms, quick and easy Check in and check out. Prime location for our visit to Pitt. Will definitely be staying there again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
