Disgusting and filthy

The room was extremely dirty. Disgusting carpet. Smudges all over walls and door handles. Remote had caked on food. The staff and manager (Troy) did not care. They also gave incorrect points information on three separate occasions. Would NOT recommend. Spend a couple more bucks for the downtown Hampton Inn for a CLEAN and friendly experience. Great Price & Lovely Staff

My family and I took a quick LDW trip to the lovely Portsmouth NH. We loved this area greatly. The hotel is perfectly located, we were situated in the heart of downtown! The staff was wonderful throughout our stay. The staff as well as the other patrons wore masked and kept a safe distance. So for any who are a bit nervous about safety, need not to be concerned at this hotel and the greater area. Our only issue with the hotel is that it is a bit dated. The bathroom is quite dated as well as the rug. A little renovation will top this hotel above all else. Anyways, we had a great, safe, and fun stay and would recommend it to others who wish to visit. Not the best experience

I stayed here mid week and was not very impressed. The room was not very clean. Long black hair in the bathroom and we don’t have black hair. Stains on the carpet and the chair in the room is very dirty. Of course, because of COVID, I called to see if the pool area was open and was told yes. The person I spoke with neglected to mention that the hot tub was closed due to social distancing. I was the only person in the pool area the entire stay - I’m not sure why they couldn’t let 1-2 people in the hot tub area. OR mention that it was closed when I called. Just an average experience. Day staff is terrible

This hotel is the straw the broke the camels back! We have been loyal Hilton members for years. Despite Covid we have traveled over 30 nights over the past few months. The daytime staff is incredibly insensitive and just plain rude. No coffee in the AM, too bad. Have to leave early, we are going to charge you, too bad. Just rude about it. My husband and I were just looking for a two day get away. Decided to stay here because the price was good. This is a nice hotel located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. There is a parking garage across the street that I was told is 40.00 for 24 hours. We just parked on the street and used the meters. You have to move your car every three hours but that was okay. There is no charge for parking from 9:00pm-9:00am. There was plenty of on street parking in the evening. They have valet parking and a separate lot for your car. Thats important as it is not put in a big garage. However, there was no valet parking due to Covid. The restaurant and bar is not open either. However, the pool and gym were but you have to reserve a time. We did not partake in these amenities. Our room was on the 5th floor. The room was very clean.The bathroom especially. It had really nice towels. I thought the hotel did a great job with cleanliness and Covid restrictions. There was no maid service while we were there but that was okay with us. We felt safe. The hotel was quiet. There wasn't complimentary internet or if there was, I wasn't given access info and I'm a Hilton Honors member. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only reason I am giving this four stars is because the bed was a little too firm for my liking. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
