Quiet!

Jun 5th, 2019

Good spot for a weekend getaway. Easy access to freeway and most of the amenities we like. The breakfast is very nice, but $10.95 per person is a bit steep if you're not a big breakfast eater. Even though there were youth sports teams in house, it was amazingly quiet. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Weekend Get Away

May 28th, 2019

My wife and I found a great deal on the Hilton app for this Hilton Garden Inn. We received complimentary breakfast and a bottle of champagne for our 22nd wedding anniversary. We even received an anniversary card from the staff! We love staying at Hilton properties and these guys set the bar high! Thank you! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Crisis Averted

May 26th, 2019

At check-in my reservation was not showing up. Needless to say it was stressful however the desk clerk was totally cool reassured me she would find a room if she had to and eventually did find my reservation. I remained amazingly calm because she was calm and I truly appreciate that. Nothing more stressful than driving 3 hours to find out you don't have a room potentially... TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Technical Training

May 21st, 2019

The hotel is nice, but nothing out of the ordinary. standard rooms for a HGI. Breakfast and lunch are fairly plain and what to expect when on a business trip staying at these types of hotels. The staff at the front desk and resturant is what made this stay for me. Very helpful and super friendly TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Needs updating, worn out hotel

May 20th, 2019

I always try to stay at a Hilton brand hotel when we travel. This place did not live up to the Hilton brand. Hotel is well worn out. It seems like they tried to update it but did it at a very low level. Chairs in one of the hotel exits had large holes in them and were cracked all over the upholstery. When we first walked into our room you could tell it did not get vacuumed (change on the floor, tags and white stuff all over). I had to call front desk and gentleman said someone would be right up. So we left the room as we didn't want to be in there when they came in. Hung out in lobby and when we returned an hour later, our room still had not been vacuumed. Stopped by Pantry to get our kids some snacks and there was barely anything in there. Beds are horribly soft and worn out. We were going to eat in for dinner and when my husband went down to ask to see a menu (10 minutes before they opened so we could decide) the guy working there said they don't open until 5, then asked if we were thinking about eating there because he was the only one working that night. Pretty much tried to talk us out of eating there. I do have to say though, the breakfast staff ladies were very nice and pleasant! They were the only good thing about this hotel. We have to come back in 2 weeks with our soccer team and we had booked this hotel for the weekend too. We all agreed to cancel and book elsewhere. Others in our groups had same complaints and this place is just NOT worth it! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
