Very close to the airport, but a bit worn

I'm a Hilton fan, but this property needs a refresh. It was clean, but worn and showing it's age. Small TV and dated décor. Staff was friendly and it was quiet enough. Internet was fast which was a plus. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Stayed there on personal business. Our flight arrives at 11:30pm. I called them and they arranged a shuttle with Fine Airport parking seeing the hotels shuttle serve ended at 9:30pm and Fine's ended at 12am. The hotel is very close to the airport which was nice. The employees were very nice and the hotel has been maintained well for being older. The room was clean and spacious. They offered breakfast but for us it was not free. I believe they had options when reserving the room for this to be included. I booked directly but this was not mentioned. The reason for a 4 out 5: 1) If staying multiple nights you need to schedule a cleaning for the staff will swing by. 2) The rooms were nice but our room bathroom only 2 out the 5 lights worked. 3) No bathroom fan so the mirror fogged up quickly 4) The breakfast was a little confusing. This was a breakfast buffet with out the buffet due to Covid. No menus, the waitress needed a little more people skills. If you had a menu a lot of this would have been resolved. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Not up to normal Hilton standards
Jul 28th, 2020
Stayed overnight to catch a flight the next day during pandemic July 2020. The front door was locked during the day, the sign said due to COVID had to push a doorbell to get someone at the front desk to electronically open the door. So much for no contact check-in (doorbell). Was not offered an electronic unlock on the Hilton app. Handed a key card. So much for no contact check-in...again. The room on the first floor was clean but not really sanitized? Tiny cups for coffee maker. The restaurant is closed due to COVID except for breakfast. The waitress did wear a mask and food was delivered to the table in plastic containers. Breakfast food was properly cooked and quite good. I did not see anyone sanitizing anything in the lobby during my stay. I wonder if anyone ever wipes off the doorbell out front. Business center is closed due to COVID....good idea. I sat out in the outdoor courtyard in the evening. The courtyard needs attention maybe a powerwash or hosing down. The courtyard also needs some insecticide as there are tiny ants everywhere. One bit my wife. Food options are non-existent here so if you do not have a car you will have to order out. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Old, dirty, uncomfortable
Jul 6th, 2020
We stayed at this hotel so we would be close to airport for early flight the next day when we were returning home from a family funeral. This property is old and has not been kept up. The hallways were dirty and hot in some spots and cold in others. The floors in room were also dirty, and the mattress was lumpy with big "holes" which made the two occupants roll towards each other. If we had realized how bad this was, we would have stayed at the Homes2Suites in Tulsa Hills where we had spent the previous two nights and just gotten up earlier to catch our flight. I would pass on this one!

This hotel definitely doesn’t live up to the Hilton brand. Very dirty, hallways and inside room. Extremely hard, uncomfortable bed. All four pillows were flat as can be...must have been really old. Certainly will not stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
