I would pass on this one!

This hotel definitely doesn’t live up to the Hilton brand. Very dirty, hallways and inside room. Extremely hard, uncomfortable bed. All four pillows were flat as can be...must have been really old. Certainly will not stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Closest to airport

Location location, location!! This is a good motel but is also dated. It could definitely use an overhaul. It is quite a walk from the elevator to the far side wing hauling your luggage. Personally believe they should just go ahead and make breakfast continental - had to pay to get eggs & bacon and that is usually provided at Hampton Inns. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Class C, not worth the price. Needs renovation. Property is old. Mattress was like a canyon. Carpet is tired. Price is too high for quality of facility. Accustomed to better service from Hilton Garden Inn. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The General Manager has zero customer service skills

I called to cancel my prepaid room that saved me a whole $5.00 versus a regular rate. There is a non-cancellation policy with a prepaid room. I had an emergency situation within my family so I was not going to be able to make my trip. I called the front desk and the lady that helped me was very nice. She had to check with her general manager and would call me back but did not see a problem with a refund. I called them the next day and she sadly informed me that the GM did cancel the room however still charged me the full amount. She said she gave no reason to even let me know why. She could have refunded the room charge at her discretion but she choose to not do that and then to not provide any feedback as to why. I will never stay there again for my flights out of the Tulsa airport. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Terrible, does not deserve to carry Hilton name

Service was poor, especially the breakfast staff, very rude, inefficient, poor service, how difficult can breakfast be, had to ask three times to even get my first cup of coffee, only two other people having breakfast too!!! Not even a thank you for being a Diamond member. Poorly maintained and very tired rooms. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
